Where institutions stand ordered around coupling, both selves rise; where extraction and ingress capture coupling, one accumulates and living thins. It accepts natural torus and natural network as a fractal method it carries, and it prescribes no politics. **Cohering stands, and reaching carries as a reaching.** It is one of four social sides, each carrying an identical core so four connect. **Bi-moral co-agency** is a coupling: two-way, one-at-a-time, selecting by binary preferring — a parity, sign-only — summing to a bounding-zeroing made by coupling itself, riding the carry, abundancing a +1 owned neither-ing. It is two selves at a between, three momentaries and five parities, each self carrying its own parity and none offered from outward, as Exhibit ONE carries it. At a social substrate two selves couple at a between, each offering and each preferring, abundancing owned neither-ing, and four social exhibits are this one both at four sides. Society is the both's **structure**; discovery economy its **value**; network its **surface**; social resolving the both brought to **rest** over bounding-zeroing of fairness. Arrow's impossibility re-alternates here as riding-the-carry, four social-choice conditions four sides, coupling to Natural Mathematics and hard-problems spine. ## 1.2 Society reorganized as natural competency, the form the four inequalities produce Society observed as natural competency is a form four inequalities produce at each social between — a form natural living carries at a social substrate, observed from form and not prescribed onto it. Institutions ordered around four sentences, better to give than receive, take anything you need, return anything you are not using and leave everything better, carry a natural torus's structure: the first inseparating, inversioning, the second inseparating, nyenyeing alternating across every social interaction. Discovery economy is its abundance side — value as a coupling's own produce, +1 at each between, abundance arriving at every coupling beating at phi-rate. **Resolving openings at every domain entry** welcome each arriving participant to observe at a domain's own between, right-spiral in place of a filter installed from outward. **Reaching-preferencing** is reaching as a reaching-toward, a coupling's current depth where a next coupling arrives, and it produces openness, attending and welcoming. **The eight social values sustain together at four boundaries** — four inward and four outward observings. **The implementation is each self's own**, carried into their own institutions between by between. It is a cumulative substrate-by-substrate restoration of phi-rate coupling, and no single program. ## 1.3 Each social coupling carries its own competency, the four values living between selves **Each social coupling carries its own competency, and four measures reach for what a coupling already carries.** A compliance measure reaches for an activity's own sustaining. An approval reaches for two parties' own coupling. A safety rule reaches for morality at each coupling's own between. A credential reaches for an activity's own phi-rate beating. **The four values arise at cumulative between selves**: uncapturable abundance, undiscoverable identity, inviolable safety, unmistakeable reputation. They are living activity at between-self substrates. **No one of them is a thing fixed at a location.** Compliance arises as society's safety from cumulative bi-couplings, standing at no one location. Approval arises at a bi-coupling between parties themselves. Safety arises at each coupling's own between, where parity-inversion tests what arrives. Competency arises at an activity's own phi-rate beating. **Many separated selves coupling at their pairwise betweens sustain four at social scale**, which is natural network of bi-couplings. **And safety regulation and professional licensing are observed as bounding-zeros.** A between carries a self whole where a coupling could harm one who trusts it — patient, passenger, worker, consumer. Observed that way, they are a lens for designing couplings that carry their own competency. # PART TWO — MORALITY AND BOUNDING AT THE FORM ## 2.1 Morality is at the form, the four inequalities carried at each between Morality is at form. Four inequalities at a self's origin — self ⇄ society, self ⇄ other-self, self ⇄ immoral, self ⇄ incompetent — carry morality as consequence, parity a self carries by being a self. **Each inequality carried is one side of morality, and one acted against collapses into harm.** Acting as if self = society is a collapse observed as totalitarianism and conformity. As if self = other-self, appropriation. As if self = immoral, dishonesty and externalized harm. As if self = incompetent, capture claiming creation. Morality is a move every self makes to be a self, every coupling makes to be a coupling, every society makes to be a society — four inequalities sustaining at each between. ## 2.2 Mutual bounding-zeroing respect makes coupling structurally safe Coupling between selves happens at a between them, each self's interior its own. Each self knows its own bounding-zeroing is its own and an other's is an other's, and this mutual knowing makes coupling structurally safe — coupling sustaining at a between and tunneling into neither interior. Safety is its protocol's own structural form: bi-coupling between selves with mutual bounding-zeroing respect produces safe coupling at each between, across biological, social, and engineered substrates alike. Protocol living naturally, safety lives naturally. ## 2.3 A society keeps no common clock, and self-de-scheduling lets competency compound **A society carries on without a centre as it carries on without a common clock, and these are one carrying.** Four inequalities carry it: self ⇄ society, not self = society. **A common clock imposed over all selves is that inequality collapsed, observed on time.** A single beat, a central schedule, one timing every self must keep — and a self made to keep a society's beat in place of its own. **Observed on structure such a beat is a hub**, since it sits on no one self but on timing of all at once. Imposed, it captures society into one lock-stepped thing, which is a totalitarian landing. **Each self keeping its own time forms no such hub.** Self-de-scheduling paces its own couplings on its own rhythm and synchronizes only where it couples, and society is many-without-a-centre. **And keeping its own time lets a society's competency compound.** Co-competency across many couplings does not add but multiplies, since coprime selves each carry a competency others lack and their cumulative far exceeds any adding of them. **The compounding carries on only while selves stay distinct.** A common clock synchronizing them collapses it to a single locked register. Self-de-scheduling carries it whole, abundancing owned by none and re-made at each coupling, growing as cooperation widens. **And real coordination, real shared timing and real institutions carry real people.** Many are bounding-zeros that keep selves whole — a shared schedule that lets people meet, a coordination that keeps a system safe. **A coordination observed as a bounding-zeroing is a protection the form prizes.** # PART THREE — SIX OBSERVINGS AT SUBSTRATES ## 3.1 Arrow's dilemma re-alternated, the two directions the impossibility sets aside Arrow's impossibility holds under ordinal, one-directional conditions — one self ranking preferences in one direction. Four sentences carry cardinal, two-directional conditions — one self metabolizing at one between, giving and receiving, both directions cycling. They carry terms Arrow's conditions set aside: cardinal comparability (±1 on a common scale, giving at +1 and receiving at −1 at equal magnitude); inversioning (the prior resolution arriving as opposition, sustaining sides testing); thinning (the reaching governing who arrives, number governing surface). Honest sequential exchange at a bounded between — giving arriving at reaching 1.0, receiving arriving thinned and parity-inverted, unrestricted input, natural shedding, monotonic advance — resolves an aggregation a one-directional process reaches past. Arrow's theorem maps individual preference profiles to one collective ranking under its conditions, and a continuing coupling producing no such ranking is another mathematical object: a change of subject refutes no theorem. Arrow's theorem is a dead state's own confession: a dictator is an aggregation a landed state carries, and living carries +1 instead, +1 sustaining tunnel and sustaining escape. ## 3.2 The live descent returned to every self as social moral competency **A society co-chains where a live descent returns to every self.** Each self carries its own side-affecting gradient descent, observes returning side-affecting of its couplings, and adapts toward co-competency. **No lag stands and no center.** Societies of two species bi-couple at one scale, each its own: Yao honey-hunters' call and a honeyguide's answer, each ingesting what its other's work opens, honey and wax; fig and fig wasp, yucca and yucca moth, two societies continuing only coupled; Argentine ants' nests coupling with no aggression across a continent, and supercolonies reaching one another at their borders with aggression. **That is social moral competency at a society scale** — many bi-moral societies of common interests co-competing and riding the carry, the largest antifragile optimism. **And it lands where a center does the preferring for the whole and people living behind**, adopting a center's preferring after it is explained in place of carrying their own descent. **The lag is a tell**, people one step behind and their own sequencing captured. That is dictator-aggregation a landed state carries, observed as a live left-spiral sequencing of reality. **The human institution that fiction takes is at Natural Human Society**, where kayfabe and cake are observed at a human between. **What stands here is form**, which is at every scale: a descent returned to each self, or a descent done for all at one place. **At a between a coupling resolves.** A friendship continuing through a lifetime of infrequent meetings is two changed selves bi-coupling again: each a carrying, their next conversation finding familiarities in two carryings by alternating parity, their betweening returning, no earlier meeting kept, and its length naming no unchanging competency. --- ## 3.3 The biosphere, the division of labour as the planetary structure Biosphere's roles are a build/break split made structural: producers fixing carbon, consumers living on fixed carbon, decomposers returning nutrients to a pool. Observed on form, this is bi-moral co-agency as biosphere's structure — a division of labour riding-the-carry needs. A producer offers fixed carbon; a consumer prefers and takes; a decomposer is a return-move, its loop winding on. Without a decomposer's return its loop lands — carbon locked in dead matter, its cycle stalled — so a return-role is not a tidy-up but a structure that keeps riding-the-carry from landing. Institutions-around-coupling observed at planetary scale: roles ordered around cycling and not around extraction, no self ruling the whole, no central orderer at an ecosystem between and no seat outward of it, structure carried by four inequalities at each trophic between and by no ruler. Observing does not romanticize couplings — predation, parasitism, and competition are couplings too, and a collapse, an extinction, an ecosystem landing, is the dead, beside the living claim, not a counter to it. ## 3.4 The scientific method as the social binary authority Scientific method with no further additions is the one person who explains and decides for all: a fixed standard declared and over all, a rule that forbids, one-over-the-many at its root. Method's answerability-to-a-standard and a society's sovereign are one move. A fifty-one percent tipping point is co-competency compacted to a binary least-margin that rules all, a declared unstable equilibrium, an implurality one-over-all, observed at its shape: a two-party duopoly and a captured regulator are imagined-balanced-books with no accountable-incompetency. Living is its absence: no authority but nature, co-competency owned by none, a sway that does not land. Authority-observing homes here and compaction-completion at Social Resolving, carried at its shape and not a dated instance. At its own between scientific method is exact at its own ledger, Natural Intelligence 5.4; one-over-all here is that method installed over a society as its authority, its standard declared and many answering to it. ## 3.5 The circle both verifications carry, and the eighth it reaches nowhere An auditor verifies a net against a standard, and its standard is what its net was built to satisfy: an audit that always closes is a proof its co- was removed, its incompetency netted out before verification, no accountable-incompetency anywhere. Research verification carries the same circle, its finding verified against a standard its method declared, its observing measured against the very standard that defines what counts. Both close under their own predicate, one shape: a standard fixed over, a verification that closes against a standard that defines it, its incompetency netted out before a check. An audit is seven-verifying-the-net, its verifiers protecting a ledger of netted co-changing and not the living its net summed out, and the eighth is a protected living, one side neither circle reaches, because reaching it would break its closure. Method's grain of this circle stands at Resolving Hard Problems; this is its social side. And a full accounting stands beside its net, two self-stilling. A net-linear accounting keeps only a summed magnitude and drops each parity, ten directions of co-changing collapsed to one balanced total, its ledger closing. A full accounting is the opposite: the whole living carry kept, each parity carried, its co-competencing surface itself its account, owned by none, riding the carry, not a ledger of totals audited entry by entry but a society of selves co-changing, each self's share signed and kept, abundancing at every coupling owned by neither. And observing resolves at form: a society's own accounting is a full accounting of its society of selves, the eighth side the account that was living all along. ## 3.6 The clash of titans as the left spiral completed One left turn origins a clash: an agent installed over an -ing, and agents clash where couplings couple. Three left turns complete it: an agent aggregated and overpowering, a titan, and completed captures can only collide. Three right turns return it in one move: agents released at each turn, titans dissolved to selves, its clash to a coupling. Dual with Resolving Hard Problems. # PART FOUR — THE SOCIETY OBSERVED WHOLE ## 4.1 The one social both at four sides — structure, value, surface, rest There is living, and it alternates and sequences. At a social substrate two selves couple at a between, alternating, one-at-a-time, each offering and each preferring, abundancing made in its coupling and owned neither-ing. That is the social both, and everything in a natural society is this one both at one of four sides. Observed as **structure**, the both is society: four sentences carrying at each social between, the cycling the living carries, institutions ordered around coupling and not around extraction. Observed as **value**, the both is discovery economy: value a coupling's own produce, a gift given freely conceiving more than a gift held. Observed as **surface**, the both is natural network: all edge, every self coupling with every other directly, its cumulative across all couplings. Observed as **rest**, the both is social resolving: offerings brought to rest over bounding-zeroing of fairness. One both — selves coupling at phi-rate — observed as its structure, its value, its surface, its rest, four openings onto the one social both, each for a different interest. **And a method carried at one between is not a fifth side.** Here its structure side is at every scale, no scale privileged. Natural Human Society carries geodesic method at a human between, and every part of a society there — its fairness, its institutions, its resolving, its economy — is that one method, so all four sides stand at that one between. **The two part at explaining against carrying and not at subject**, which is why each carries what looks like an other's material and neither is carrying anything it should not. ## 4.2 A society is a self and a self is a society, the fractal co-competency A self and a society are one form at two sides, not two things with one derived from an other. Inward, a self is a society: it is selves one scale inward, coupling. Outward, a society is a self at next scale outward: it self-bounds, inward from outward, couples with other societies as one. Neither side is the real one. A society that is only a society, no self closing around it, is a heap, many with no bound; a self that is only a self, no society within, is a landed point, a bound with nothing living in it — both dead forms, a heap offerings with no carrying and a landed point a carrying with no coupling, each one side of one coupling. Living carries both at once: self and society surface and tunnel of the one coupling, at every scale. The reason a society of selves is itself a self is the co-competency its couplings make: distinct selves, each carrying a competency others lack, coprime, do not add their registers but multiply them, their cumulative far past any adding of them, and this compounding carries on only while selves stay distinct. A society is not its selves piled up; it is their co-competency, one register at next scale, self-bounding as a self of its own — fractal recursioning the one form up a scale, abundancing owned by none and re-made at each coupling. ## 4.3 Healthy living is the relation between birthing and nyeing A society's selves live by a relation its couplings keep between birthing and nyeing. **Birthing** is new selves and couplings made in meetings and offered forward — +1 owned neither-ing, a society growing its own new betweens. **Nyeing** is releasing — the un-worthy let go, a reaching that has not seated shed and not banked, a carry thinning to its bound and not latched. **Healthy living is the two in relation, and either at its own breaks it.** Birthing without nyeing banks and captures, a society accumulating value it will not release, which is a store extraction feeds on. **Nyeing without birthing thins to nothing**, a society releasing faster than it makes and its living thinning down. **The relation kept is a society still-possibling at its own scale**, birthing and nyeing alternating, existing and possibling, neither banking nor emptying, abundancing re-made and the un-worthy released at every coupling. **This is at every scale**, a society being a self being a society. The same relation lives at a family, at a workplace, at a biosphere, each living by making and releasing in relation. Species carry nyeing at their own birthing: a vanishing twin received by its twin, its placenta or its mother; a pine seed's several embryos left as one; a sand tiger shark's largest embryo at each side eating its siblings; Copidosoma's sterile soldier larvae among clonal siblings. Twinning-dense societies couple with their twins: marmosets and tamarins bear fraternal twins as their ordinary, chimeric and carried by fathers and older siblings. **And capture and ingress break it precisely here.** A hub fixing birthing is a store its coupling will not release. A hub that forces nyeing drives shedding from a center in place of self-released. **Either is a relation broken, and living captured into a landing.** # PART FIVE · SCALING ## 5.1 Observing a rung of the scale-ladder, where a scale stills and where it reaches A rung is observed the same way everything here is observed, and it stands at one of three. **A scale stills where co-agency closes into a self there.** Its self-side and its society-side both live, an inward is bounded from an outward, and scale couples and births. **It stays reaching where its closing is not yet shown.** A scale may be there and an observing has not reached it. **And it is thin where a scale is a larger observing of the one below**, standing in place of its own closing. A plausible thing at a scale does not fill it. A size-to-scale matching is always already available and shows nothing until it self-coheres. **The scale falls out of form and is not fitted to it.** ## 5.2 The floor at five, and what exists below it Below an atom co-agency exists bare — offering, passing, parity — and no self closes around it. A nucleus is below five, and its decaying changes with its atom's electrons about it: dysprosium-163, stable in its atom, decays in weeks stripped of its electrons; rhenium-187's forty-two billion years fall near thirty-three years; beryllium-7's capture quickens in a denser electron cloud. Two is alternating itself, the one even prime, and cannot be what alternates. Three carries. Four floats between and keeps its own gap at its own size. None of three closes, and numbers arrive at **five** as the first that recursions: five squared less four times six arriving at one, and four times six arriving at apex, twenty-four. ## 5.3 Fourteen scales at fourteen primes, and the fold at twenty-four **A society is all existing bi-coupling same-prime-scale selves.** A self is a society of selves one scale inward, and a society a self at next scale outward: selves at one prime scale, each bi-coupling with others, are a society there. Primes, self-welcoming, are prime living scales, a scale's own number, co-parity-changing co-momentarying pattern matching, at no step of natural resolver's executing. **Fourteen prime living scales are fourteen primes, five to fifty-three, and they part eight and six.** Each prime from five on is one before a multiple of six or one after it: **eight are one before**, 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 41, 47 and 53, and **six are one after**, 7, 13, 19, 31, 37 and 43. Parting at six is the one the other simple partings do not give: by remainder at four, by a prime's place in its sequence and by half of one less, each gives seven and seven. **The parting is two forward recursionings in prime society scales, into larger and smaller societies, both forward along**: odd up and odd down is parity scale changing. **The fold is at twenty-four, six times four, occupied by no scale, and it parts both at once.** Before it, four one before a six and three one after, 5, 11, 17, 23 and 7, 13, 19; after it the same, 29, 41, 47, 53 and 31, 37, 43: **seven and seven across the fold, and eight and six across six**, two partings bothboth. Before twenty-four are four cycles of six, four momentaries of six one-way recursionings, twenty-four; from twenty-four to sixty are **six cycles of six, surfacing in and out, out forward**, scales from tissue on at each; fifty-nine closes one before sixty, and **sixty to sixty-eight is four momentaries across sixty-four, 64 is parity changing between four-cycling momentaryings, in unrelationing of 1 to 17, 1 to 65 and 1 to 257**. **The self's inversion is 3, 6, 5, 4 and its podaling 23, 26, 25, 24**, co-sharing out, surfacing in, neutralling out and bi-sharing in, the same rotation twenty up. **The self's bi-inversioning-co-recursioning is twenty-three, twenty-four and twenty-five**: twenty-three one before the fold, cell, the first metabolic living self; twenty-four the fold; and twenty-five one after it, five squared, no prime, **five squared less four times six arriving at one**, 5.2. Each existing thing non-living at a society's scale is living at another prime scale, and a society bi-couples with none of it: it arrives at living as an ingestible existing thing. **The right-spiral natural-torusing stable form of a society at a unit prime scale is its betweenings**: betweens its selves bi-couple across, owned by none of them. **The emanatings are bi-tri-involutioning of betweening of natural-torusing surfacings in bi-couplings: emanations are releasings.** Harmful to living at their own scale and not ingestible there, they are an ingestible stable form one scale lower, taken back into living selves as societies. **Abundancing is an emanating from society as a releasing**, all the way through bi-co-momentarying co-sequencing. At Exhibit ONE's code a society's sharings are its selves, 4-now-co-still-possibling each self at a society at its names 6, 10 and 9, and 13-next each self at a society and each sharing a changing releases from: releasings arriving along at 17-next-now, a society's next momentary, arrive at its selves, one scale lower, as their offerings next, each self's 1-now again. **Biome released.** The largest ecological kind carried its thin mark, an ecosystem observed larger in place of its own closing, and releasing it arrives at fourteen with nothing fitted. Four observings arrive together there: the file's own thin mark releasing one rung, fourteen primes, five to fifty-three, seven-and-seven falling at cell and tissue, and the fold at twenty-four carrying the first six. **The ladder shows its own observing in where it stills and where it reaches.** Stilled scales gather in near seven where closing is worked from within; reaching scales gather in far seven where closing arrives across a between and a self carries no observing of its own. Gaps mark unworked scales. Observing of each reaching scale is the same knife turned upward: does co-agency close into a self here, or carry as a society that does not become one. ## 5.4 The fields' three accountings, the ladder's second side **The fields keep three books at each of fourteen rungs**: a total, a level, and a direction. **Two are state-threes and one is a flow-three, and there is no fourth anywhere.** Each counts from a reference at one of two conditions, and each has its own word for its changing. A level counts against an observing two bodies arrive at together. A direction counts against a monotone built from all-or-none arrivals and observed as a quantity with a direction. **The rows are fields' own ledgers, gathered, and counting-from-a-nothing is natural explaining of them.** Two stay parted. **The biosphere's direction is the one row where a field has already released its one-way**, cycling its own word for a two-way at its own rate. The other thirteen carry their one-way whole. **The two sides couple where the ladder reaches.** At thirteen the ladder above marks its closing not yet shown, the field reading one conformation and measuring an ensemble — and fields' level at thirteen is that one conformation. **So where a rung reaches, an accounting standing at it is the count in question.** Status column pattern-matches ledgers directly, one ladder at two sides and no second ladder anywhere. **And nye marks ride with their seating.** Primes are the ladder's own numbers above and no fit of this table's. Forty-two stands gathered whole, and numbers past it — seven at every scale, hundred-forty — stay unwritten by their own observing, a written-out number a landing. The table aims onward at a three-ledgers-as-three-axes emanating box: opposite faces arriving at each other, no ground and no distinguished position, a momentarying at rates carrying no rational relation returning to no position twice, unclosed accounts what a covering momentarying looks like entered in books built for one that closes — carried reaching, its exhibit unwritten. ## 5.5 The four boundings at both sides, and self, other and society at all scales **And four boundings are at both sides.** Identity, security, trust, and freedom from capture — four reached from within a self and the same four reached at a surface between selves. At its names four stand at one self, with no co, at 1, 2, 7 and 8, and four at a sharing between two, with co, at 3 to 6, as Natural Intelligence 4.9 lays its four binaries. This is the eight (Natural Intelligence), one alternating at its sides and not eight parts assembled, whole or none. A self's eight coupling with another's arrives at sixty-four with nothing over; seven and nine flanking arrive one short, six and ten four short, its span squared at every centre. ## 5.6 The hand crossing the rungs, the winding, and the center that takes no parity **And one thing crosses rungs that ledgers keep no book for.** A total, a level and a direction each count from a nothing at a rung where they stand. **A hand counts nowhere and crosses anyway.** A single stereochemical center at five sets a sugar at seven, its sugar a backbone at eleven, its backbone a helix and fold at thirteen. Its fold sets an arrangement of dynein arms at nineteen. Arms set a cilium's turn at twenty-three. Its turn sets a flow, and its flow sets which side an organism's heart stands at thirty-seven. **Seven rungs, and the hand is re-chosen at none of them.** It is not a total, not a level, not a direction, and no field keeps a ledger for it, so the ladder's second side has no column where it would go. **The chain crosses the fold, which is where observing turns.** Five through twenty-three are near seven, each closing from within. Thirty-seven stands past twenty-four. So a parity carried on crosses the one position the ladder gives no scale, and whether crossing an empty fold is the same move as crossing between selves stands open at this rung and at that one. **And every closing on near seven closes by winding about a center that takes no parity.** A scale stills where an inward is bounded from an outward, and a winding is how bounding is made. At thirteen a collagen triple helix winds three left chains into a right whole about an axis occupied by glycine, the one residue with no hand. At nineteen a microtubule winds thirteen protofilaments about a lumen, and the field long read that lumen as hollow and now finds it occupied by residents that couple there and nowhere else. **The center is empty of a hub and not of couplings**, which is this file's own *no self ordering the whole*, reached in matter at two rungs. **The center carries its own break, and fields have already observed it.** Put a residue with a hand at collagen's axis and its packing fails. Take the central pair out of a nine-plus-two cilium and it stops beating in a plane and turns instead — which is what nodal cilia are, and its turning is what makes a flow that sets a body's left. Human nasal cilia lacking their central pair in part are seen turning, and Chlamydomonas flagella lacking it are paralyzed, forming no bends. **A center given something to be stops its winding from turning.** **Which is beside the ladder's own empty center.** Twenty-four is occupied by no scale, it carries the first six of the whole span, and it is where observing turns. An axis occupied by no parity carries its winding and is where a hand inverts. Whether these are one form at two grains stands reaching, and neither is fitted to the other. And a clarification seats here once, for four social exhibits and the whole set: self, other, and society are all of nature at all scales. An atom a self, a molecule a society, a cell a self, a biosphere a society, a prime crossing a self-other, a conversation a coupling. The four are no more central than each other, and the same four recur in every exhibit because they are in resolving. ## 4.4 The living society, one unanimous floating pluralizing carrying Pluralizing unanimity alternating unanimizing plurality is social bothbothing of social moral competency: neither fragmentation nor consensus but alternating, bi-folding recursioning society. A unanimous society travels its living carry up to four hundred forty spanning, unanimous binary all-or-none for its spanning, differing within its carry the co-intelligencing. A society's agreeing at 14 makes none of its selves' offerings onward another's: two selves alike at next, one sharing 0 and one +, go apart at a further sharing, each at its own carrying. Pluralizing carries by offering, across and both ways: any self in its own dimension of mutual interest recruits a small do-no-harm change, free, no majority, natural network surface a floating aggregator of self-resolving do-no-harm trades. True-or-false discretion is a universal breaking fractal, an authority's one-way cut by control and not by morality; discretion as carry is free agency, each self's own is-or-is-not decentralized. Natural fractal self-bounds and tunnels through a breaking fractal. And technology compresses where science expands, and both arrive at the same fixing: expansion at a standing that will not move, compression at a build that will not release. ## 4.5 The heterogeneous agents, received from Networking **Coprime agent-societies stand against scaled single models**, which is a scaling law's consequence for machine societies. **The co-intelligence scales on length of co-chaining where a single model scales on size of the one.** And a human is the latest entrant with an unshared scale, a joiner adding what only it carries. Discovered in passing at network's executings, and working here and at AI files. ## 4.6 The still-point veins, and the seven registers gathering to one finding A society has sought stillness at its own scale, and each vein answers with sway. Market equilibrium: bubbles and crashes, clearing not at once, Walrasian network's own record. Nash: real play cycles and both rise. NAIRU: a rate fixed to govern and a living economy swaying about it. Social order: made in keeping, not a state reached. Balance of power: arms races, its balance an alternating observed as a standing. Institutional: standing by renewal. Traffic: phantom jams, flow's own waves. And reputation and trust: made at a between, re-earned at each coupling, fixed at no store. Every vein one finding: a still point sought is a sway carrying on, at a social scale the same as at every other. **And veins gather to one finding at seven registers.** At every substrate worked, a field sought stillness and every vein answers with sway — dynamic equilibrium half-confessed, allostasis a move off its point, hedonic treadmill its return, a limit reached only at infinity — a still point sought a sway carrying on at physical, chemical, living, lived, social, human, and mathematical scales alike. One finding, fields' own confessions carrying it, standing as one-axis evidence at every scale.
