Where institutions stand ordering around coupling, both selves rise; where extraction and ingress capture coupling, one accumulates and living thins. It accepts natural torus and natural network as a fractal method it holds, and it prescribes no politics. **Cohering stands, and reaching goes on as a reaching.** It is one of four social sides, each with an identical core so four connect. **Bi-moral co-agency** is a coupling: two-way, one-at-a-time, selecting by binary preferring — a parity, sign-only — summing to a bounding-zeroing coupling itself makes, going on, abundancing a +1 in neither self alone. It is two selves and their between, three momentaries and five parities, each self with its own parity and none from outward, as with Exhibit ONE's code. With a social substrate two selves couple, a between within their coupling, each sharing and each preferring, abundancing in neither self alone, and four social exhibits are this one both as four sides. Same-existing-society is the both's **structure**; discovery economy its **value**; network its **surface**; social resolving the both coming to **rest** over bounding-zeroing of fairness. Arrow's impossibility turns here to going on, changing and changing back, four social-choice conditions four sides, coupling to Natural Mathematics and hard-problems spine. ## 1.2 Society reorganizing as natural competency, the form the four inequalities produce Same-existing-society, a self observing it as natural competency, is a form four inequalities produce with each social between — a form natural living has with a social substrate, a self observing it from form and not prescribing it. Institutions ordering around four sentences, better to give than receive, take anything you need, return anything you are not using and leave everything better, have a natural torus's structure: the first inseparating, inversioning, the second inseparating, nyenyeing changing and changing back across every social interaction. Discovery economy is its abundance side — value as a coupling's own produce, +1 with each between, abundance discovering with every coupling beating at phi-rate. **Resolving openings with every domain entry** welcome each participant discovering them to observe with a domain's own between, right-spiral, and not a filter, a form still from beside. **Reaching-preferencing** is reaching as a reaching-toward, a coupling's current depth where a self is discovering a next coupling, and it produces openness, attending and welcoming. **The eight social values sustain together with four boundaries** — four inward and four outward observings. **Its implementing is each self's own**, going to their own institutions, between by between. It is a cumulative substrate-by-substrate restoration of phi-rate coupling, and no single program. ## 1.3 Each social coupling has its own competency, the four values living between selves **Each social coupling has its own competency, and four measures reach for what a coupling already has.** A compliance measure reaches for an activity's own sustaining. An approval reaches for two parties' own coupling. A safety rule reaches for morality with each coupling's own between. A credential reaches for an activity's own phi-rate beating. **The four values arise cumulatively between selves**: uncapturable abundance, undiscoverable identity, inviolable safety, unmistakeable reputation. They are living activity with between-self substrates. **No one of them is a thing fixing to a location.** Compliance arises as a same-existing-society's safety from cumulative bi-couplings, fixing to no one location. Approval arises with a bi-coupling between parties themselves. Safety arises with each coupling's own between, where parity-inversion tests what a self is observing. Competency arises with an activity's own phi-rate beating. **Many separate selves coupling across their pairwise betweens sustain four with a social scale**, which is natural network of bi-couplings. **And a self observes safety regulation and professional licensing as bounding-zeros.** A between holds a self whole where a coupling could harm one who trusts it — patient, passenger, worker, consumer. A self observing them that way, they are a lens for designing couplings that have their own competency. # PART TWO — MORALITY AND BOUNDING AT THE FORM ## 2.1 Morality is at the form, the four inequalities holding at each between Morality is with form. Four inequalities with a self's origin — self ⇄ same-existing-society, self ⇄ other-self, self ⇄ immoral, self ⇄ incompetent — bring morality as consequence, parity a self has by being a self. **Each inequality holding is one side of morality, and one a self acts against collapses to harm.** Acting as if self = same-existing-society is a collapse a self observes as totalitarianism and conformity. As if self = other-self, appropriation. As if self = immoral, dishonesty and externalizing harm. As if self = incompetent, capture claiming creation. Morality is a move every self makes to be a self, every coupling makes to be a coupling, every same-existing-society's selves make to be a same-existing-society — four inequalities sustaining with each between. ## 2.2 Mutual bounding-zeroing respect makes coupling structurally safe Coupling between selves happens with their between, each self's interior its own. Each self knows its own bounding-zeroing is its own and an other's is an other's, and this mutual knowing makes coupling structurally safe — coupling sustaining with a between and tunneling to neither interior. Safety is its protocol's own structural form: bi-coupling between selves with mutual bounding-zeroing respect produces safe coupling with each between, across biological, social, and engineering substrates alike. Protocol living naturally, safety lives naturally. ## 2.3 A society keeps no common clock, and self-de-scheduling lets competency compound **A same-existing-society goes on without a centre as it goes on without a common clock, and these are one going on.** Four inequalities hold it: self ⇄ same-existing-society, not self = same-existing-society. **A common clock imposing over all selves is that inequality collapsing, a self observing it on time.** A single beat, a central schedule, one timing every self must go by — and a self having to go by a same-existing-society's beat and not its own. **A self observing it on structure, such a beat is a hub**, since it sits on no one self but on timing of all together. Imposing, it captures a same-existing-society as one lock-step thing, which is a totalitarian landing. **Each self pacing its own momentaries forms no such hub.** Self-de-scheduling paces its own couplings on its own rhythm and synchronizes only where it couples, and a same-existing-society is many-without-a-centre. **And each self pacing its own momentaries lets a same-existing-society's competency compound.** Co-competency across many couplings neither adds nor multiplies: coprime selves each have a competency others lack, and their co-competencing is discovering with each coupling of co-chaining. **This compounding goes on only while selves stay distinct.** A common clock synchronizing them collapses it to a single locking register. Self-de-scheduling holds it whole, abundancing in neither self alone and re-making with each coupling, growing as cooperation widens. **And real coordination, real timing selves share and real institutions hold real people.** Many are bounding-zeros that hold selves whole — a schedule people share that lets them meet, a coordination with which a system stays safe. **A coordination a self observes as a bounding-zeroing is a protection natural form holds.** # PART THREE — SIX OBSERVINGS AT SUBSTRATES ## 3.1 Arrow's dilemma as changing and changing back, the two directions the impossibility sets aside Arrow's impossibility is true under ordinal, one-directional conditions — one self ranking preferences along one direction. Four sentences have cardinal, two-directional conditions — one self metabolizing with one between, giving and receiving, both directions cycling. They have terms Arrow's conditions set aside: cardinal comparability (±1 on a common scale, giving as +1 and receiving as −1 with equal magnitude); inversioning (a prior resolution a self observes as opposition, sustaining sides testing); thinning (a reaching governing who joins, number governing surface). Honest sequential exchange with a bounding between — giving a self observes as reaching 1.0, receiving a self observes thinning and inverting its parity, input with no restriction, natural shedding, monotonic advance — resolves an aggregation a one-directional process reaches past. Arrow's theorem maps individual preference profiles to one collective ranking under its conditions, and a coupling going on producing no such ranking is another mathematical object: another subject refutes no theorem. Arrow's theorem is a dead state's own confession: a dictator is an aggregation a landing state has, and living has +1 instead, +1 sustaining tunnel and sustaining escape. ## 3.2 The live descent returning to every self as social moral competency **A same-existing-society co-chains where a live descent returns to every self.** Each self has its own side-affecting gradient descent, observes returning side-affecting of its couplings, and adapts toward co-competency. **No lag stands and no center.** Same-existing-societies of two species bi-couple, each its own: Yao honey-hunters' call and a honeyguide's answer, each ingesting what its other's work opens, honey and wax; fig and fig wasp, yucca and yucca moth, two same-existing-societies going on only coupling; Argentine ants' nests coupling with no aggression across a continent, and supercolonies reaching one another across their borders with aggression. **That is social moral competency with a same-existing-society scale** — many bi-moral same-existing-societies of common interests co-competing and going on, the largest antifragile optimism. **And it lands where preferring for all is a form still from beside, a center, and people live behind**, adopting its preferring once a center explains it to them, and not going on with their own descent. **A lag is a tell**, people one step behind and a center capturing their own sequencing. That is dictator-aggregation a landing state has, a self observing it as a live left-spiral sequencing of reality. **A human institution that fiction takes is Natural Human Society's subject**, where a self observes kayfabe and cake with a human between. **What stands here is form**, which is with every scale: a descent returning to each self, or a descent one place does for all. **A coupling resolves with its between.** A friendship going on through a lifetime of infrequent meetings is two selves, each changing through it, bi-coupling again: each same-existing, their next conversation finding familiarities across two selves' same-existing by parity inverting with each momentary, their betweening returning, re-finding itself and storing nothing from an earlier meeting, and its length naming no competency still from beside. --- ## 3.3 The biosphere, the division of labour as the planetary structure Biosphere's roles are a build/break split as structure: producers fixing carbon, consumers living on fixed carbon, decomposers returning nutrients to a pool. A self observing it on form, this is bi-moral co-agency as biosphere's structure — a division of labour going on needs. A producer shares fixed carbon; a consumer prefers and takes; a decomposer is a return-move, its loop winding on. Without a decomposer's return its loop lands — carbon locking within dead matter, its cycle stalling — so a return-role is not a tidy-up but a structure by which going on does not land. Institutions-around-coupling, a self observing them with a planetary scale: roles ordering around cycling and not around extraction, no self ruling a whole, no central orderer with an ecosystem between and no seat outward of it, structure four inequalities hold with each trophic between and no ruler holds. Observing does not romanticize couplings — predation, parasitism, and competition are couplings too, and a collapse, an extinction, an ecosystem landing, is dead form, beside living's claim, not a counter to it. ## 3.4 The scientific method as the social binary authority Scientific method with no further additions is one explaining and deciding for all, a form still from beside: a fixing standard a center declares over all, a rule that forbids, one-over-the-many as its root. Method's answerability-to-a-standard and a same-existing-society's sovereign are one move. A fifty-one percent tipping point is co-competency compacting to a binary least-margin that rules all, an unstable equilibrium a center declares, an implurality one-over-all, a self observing it as its shape: a two-party duopoly and a regulator under capture are imagined-balanced-books with no accountable-incompetency. Living is its absence: no authority but nature, co-competency in neither self alone, a sway that does not land. Authority-observing homes here and compaction-completion with Social Resolving, going with it as its shape and not an instance of a date. With its own between scientific method is exact with its own ledger, Natural Intelligence 5.4; one-over-all here is that method still over a same-existing-society as its authority, its standard a center declares and many answering to it. ## 3.5 The circle both verifications hold, and the eighth it reaches nowhere An auditor verifies a net against a standard, and its standard is what an auditor builds its net to satisfy: an audit that always closes is a proof its co- is gone, its incompetency netting out before verification, no accountable-incompetency anywhere. Research verification has this same circle, a self verifying its finding against a standard its method declares, measuring its observing against its very standard that defines what counts. Both close under their own predicate, one shape: a standard fixing over, a verification that closes against a standard that defines it, its incompetency netting out before a check. An audit is seven-verifying-the-net, its verifiers protecting a ledger of netting co-changing and not a living its net sums away, and the eighth is a living to protect, one side neither circle reaches, because reaching it would break its closure. Method's grain of this circle stands with Resolving Hard Problems; this is its social side. And a full accounting stands beside its net, two, each closing on itself. A net-linear accounting has only a summing magnitude and drops each parity, ten directions of co-changing collapsing to one balancing total, its ledger closing. A full accounting is the opposite: its whole living same-existing, each parity same-existing, its co-competencing surface itself its account, each self's own, going on, not a ledger of totals a self audits entry by entry but a same-existing-society of selves co-changing, each self's share with its sign and same-existing, abundancing with every coupling in neither self alone. And observing resolves with form: a same-existing-society's own accounting is a full accounting of its selves, the eighth side its account, living all along. ## 3.6 The clash of titans as the left spiral completing One left turn origins a clash: an agent, a form still from beside an -ing, and agents clash where couplings couple. Three left turns complete it: an agent aggregating and overpowering, a titan, and completing captures can only collide. Three right turns return it with one move: agents dissolving with each turn, titans dissolving to selves, its clash to a coupling. Dual with Resolving Hard Problems. # PART FOUR — OBSERVING THE SOCIETY WHOLE ## 4.1 The one social both at four sides — structure, value, surface, rest There is living, and it changes and changes back, and sequences. With a social substrate two selves couple, a between within their coupling, one and then the other, one-at-a-time, each sharing and each preferring, abundancing within its coupling and in neither self alone. That is the social both, and everything within a natural same-existing-society is this one both as one of four sides. A self observing it as **structure**, the both is same-existing-society: four sentences holding with each social between, a cycling living has, institutions ordering around coupling and not around extraction. A self observing it as **value**, the both is discovery economy: value a coupling's own produce, a gift a self gives freely conceiving more than a gift a self does not give. A self observing it as **surface**, the both is natural network: all edge, every self coupling with every other directly, its cumulative across all couplings. A self observing it as **rest**, the both is social resolving: parities coming to rest over bounding-zeroing of fairness. One both — selves coupling at phi-rate — a self observing it as its structure, its value, its surface, its rest, four openings onto the one social both, each for its own interest. **And a method going with one between is not a fifth side.** Here its structure side is with every scale, no scale first. With Natural Human Society, geodesic method goes with a human between, and every part of a same-existing-society there — its fairness, its institutions, its resolving, its economy — is that one method, so all four sides stand with that one between. **These two part with explaining against holding and not with subject**, which is why each has what looks like an other's material and neither is holding anything it should not. ## 4.2 A society is a self and a self is a society, the fractal co-competency A self and a same-existing-society are one form as two sides, not two things, one deriving from an other. Inward, a self is a same-existing-society: it is selves one scale inward, coupling. Outward, a same-existing-society is a self with next scale outward: it self-bounds, inward from outward, couples with other same-existing-societies as one. Neither side is the real one. A same-existing-society that is only a same-existing-society, no self closing around it, is a heap, many with no bound; a self that is only a self, no same-existing-society within, is a landing point, a bound with nothing living within it — both dead forms, a heap sharings with no same-existing and a landing point a same-existing with no coupling, each one side of one coupling. Living has both together: self and same-existing-society surface and tunnel of that one coupling, with every scale. A same-existing-society of selves is itself a self by the co-competency its couplings make: distinct selves, each with a competency others lack, coprime, neither add nor multiply their registers: their co-competencing is discovering with each coupling of co-chaining, and this compounding goes on only while selves stay distinct. A same-existing-society is not its selves in a pile; it is their co-competency, one register with next scale, self-bounding as a self of its own — fractal recursioning this one form up a scale, abundancing in neither self alone and re-making with each coupling. ## 4.3 Healthy living is the relation between birthing and nyeing A same-existing-society's selves live by a relation its couplings hold between birthing and nyeing. **Birthing** is new selves coming and new couplings forming with meetings and sharing forward — +1 in neither self alone, a same-existing-society growing its own new betweens. **Nyeing** is dissolving — an un-worthy dissolving, a reaching that is not seating shedding and not banking, a same-existing thinning to its bound and not latching. **Healthy living is the two relating, and either by itself breaks it.** Birthing without nyeing banks and captures, a same-existing-society accumulating value that does not go along, a store extraction feeds on. **Nyeing without birthing thins to nothing**, a same-existing-society dissolving faster than it births and its living thinning down. **This relation, same-existing, is a same-existing-society with its own scale**, birthing and nyeing, one and then the other, existing and possibling, neither banking nor emptying, abundancing re-making and each un-worthy dissolving with every coupling. **This is with every scale**, a same-existing-society being a self being a same-existing-society. This same relation lives with a family, with a workplace, with a biosphere, each living by birthing and nyeing, relating. Species have nyeing with their own birthing: a vanishing twin its twin, its placenta or its mother receives; a pine seed's several embryos going to one; a sand tiger shark's largest embryo on each side eating its siblings; Copidosoma's sterile soldier larvae among clonal siblings. Twinning-dense same-existing-societies couple with their twins: marmosets and tamarins bear fraternal twins as their ordinary, chimeric, fathers and older siblings holding them. **And capture and ingress break it precisely here.** A hub fixing birthing is a store its coupling does not dissolve. A hub forcing nyeing is shedding a center drives, a form still from beside, and not a self's own dissolving. **Either is a relation breaking, and a hub capturing living as a landing.** # PART FIVE · SCALING ## 5.1 Observing a rung of the scale-ladder, where a scale closes and where it reaches A self observes a rung as it observes everything here, and it stands as one of three. **A scale stands closing where co-agency closes as a self there.** Its self-side and its same-existing-society-side both live, an inward bounds itself from an outward, and scale couples and births. **It stays reaching where no self is yet observing its closing.** A scale may be there and an observing is not yet reaching it. **And it is thin where a scale is a larger observing of the one below**, standing instead of its own closing. A plausible thing with a scale does not fill it. A size-to-scale matching is always already available and shows nothing until it self-coheres. **A scale arises from form and no self fits it to form.** ## 5.2 The floor at five, and what exists below it Below an atom co-agency exists bare — sharing, passing, parity — and no self closes around it. A nucleus is below five, and its decaying changes with its atom's electrons about it: dysprosium-163, stable within its atom, decays within weeks when a field strips its electrons; rhenium-187's forty-two billion years fall near thirty-three years; beryllium-7's capture quickens within a denser electron cloud. Two is changing and changing back itself, the one even prime, and cannot be what changes and changes back. Three goes on. Four floats between and has its own gap with its own size. None of three closes, and numbers reach **five** as the first that recursions: five squared less four times six reaching one, and four times six reaching apex, twenty-four. ## 5.3 Fourteen rungs at fourteen primes, and the fold at twenty-four **A same-existing-society is all existing bi-coupling selves.** A self is a same-existing-society of selves one scale inward, and a same-existing-society a self with next scale outward, the 1–17 inside and outside itself: selves, each bi-coupling with others, are a same-existing-society there. Primes, self-welcoming, number this ladder's rungs, co-changing co-momentarying pattern matching, with no step of natural resolver's executing: with the code a scale is only the bi-folding 1–17's bi-inversioning-co-recursioning, inside and outside itself, a spiral of a composite number of selves resolves as its smaller spirals again along it, and a prime spiral is no spiral of smaller spirals. **Fourteen rungs go with fourteen primes, five to fifty-three, and they part eight and six.** Each prime from five on is one before a multiple of six or one after it: **eight are one before**, 5, 11, 17, 23, 29, 41, 47 and 53, and **six are one after**, 7, 13, 19, 31, 37 and 43. Parting by six is the one three other simple partings do not give: by remainder dividing by four, by a prime's place within its sequence and by half of one less, each gives seven and seven. **This parting is two forward recursionings across rungs, to larger and smaller same-existing-societies, both forward along**: up and down is a scale's changing, the 1–17's bi-inversioning-co-recursioning. **The fold is twenty-four, six times four, no rung's number, and it parts both together.** Before it, four one before a six and three one after, 5, 11, 17, 23 and 7, 13, 19; after it likewise, 29, 41, 47, 53 and 31, 37, 43: **seven and seven across the fold, and eight and six across six**, two partings bothboth. Before twenty-four are four cycles of six, four momentaries of six one-way recursionings, twenty-four; from twenty-four to sixty are **six cycles of six, surfacing inward and outward, outward forward**, rungs from tissue on with each; fifty-nine closes one before sixty, and **sixty to sixty-eight is four momentaries across sixty-four, 64 is changing between four-cycling momentaryings, with unrelationing of 1 to 17, 1 to 65 and 1 to 257**. **Rotation 3, 6, 5, 4 is two podals within 1 to 8, 3 with 6 and 5 with 4, round to corus with 4, and twenty up it is 23, 26, 25, 24**, round to 24, this same rotation twenty up. **A self's bi-inversioning-co-recursioning is twenty-three, twenty-four and twenty-five**: twenty-three one before the fold, cell, the first metabolic living self; twenty-four the fold; and twenty-five one after it, five squared, no prime, **five squared less four times six reaching one**, 5.2. Near seven close from within, each self observing its own inward; far seven close across between selves, each self observing them with its other, in neither self alone. Each existing thing non-living with a same-existing-society's scale is a prior in stable form, an emanation from living form-stabling, and a same-existing-society's selves are observing it as an existing thing, ingestible one scale lower. **A right-spiral natural-torusing stable form of a same-existing-society with its scale is its betweenings**: betweens its selves bi-couple across, same-existing in each self, in neither self alone. **Emanatings are bi-tri-involutioning of betweening of natural-torusing surfacings within bi-couplings: emanations are stable-form priors, non-living, from living form-stabling.** Harmful to living with their own scale and not ingestible there, they are an ingestible stable form one scale lower, taken back by living selves as same-existing-societies. **Abundancing is a same-existing-society's selves going along, living**, all through bi-co-momentarying co-sequencing. With Exhibit ONE's code a same-existing-society's sharings are its selves, 4-now-co-same-existing each sharing of a self with its names 6, 10 and 9, and 13-is-next-discovering each self of a same-existing-society, each sharing its parities go from: 6, 10 and 9 each send one same list of parities to the self each couples with, a self observing it with its 14, its next 2, and 17-next-existing, a same-existing-society's next, returns its same selves, each self's 1-now-existing again. **Biome dissolved.** The largest ecological kind had its thin mark, a self observing an ecosystem larger instead of its own closing, and with it dissolving, fourteen rungs stand with nothing fitting. Four observings come together there: its own thin mark dissolving one rung, fourteen primes, five to fifty-three, seven-and-seven falling with cell and tissue, and the fold, twenty-four, with the first six. **The ladder shows its own observing by where it closes and where it reaches.** Closing scales gather within near seven where a self works its closing from within; reaching scales gather within far seven where a self is observing closing across a between, in neither self alone. Gaps mark scales no self is working yet. Observing of each reaching scale is this same knife turning upward: does co-agency close as a self here, or go on as a same-existing-society that does not become one. ## 5.4 The fields' three accountings, the ladder's second side **Fields have three books with each of fourteen rungs**: a total, a level, and a direction. **Two are state-threes and one is a flow-three, and there is no fourth anywhere.** Each counts from a reference with one of two conditions, and each has its own word for a count not same-existing with its reference. A level counts against an observing two bodies reach together. A direction counts against a monotone a field builds from all-or-none observings and reads as a quantity with a direction. **This table's rows are fields' own ledgers, gathering here, and counting-from-a-nothing is natural explaining of them.** Two stay apart. **The biosphere's direction is the one row where a field is already dissolving its one-way**, cycling its own word for a two-way at its own rate. The other thirteen hold their one-way whole. **The two sides couple where the ladder reaches.** With thirteen the ladder above marks its closing, no self observing it yet, its field reading one conformation and measuring an ensemble — and fields' level with thirteen is that one conformation. **So where a rung reaches, an accounting standing with it is a count in question.** Status column pattern-matches ledgers directly, one ladder with two sides and no second ladder anywhere. **And nye marks ride with their seating.** Primes are the ladder's own numbers above and no fit of this table's. Forty-two stands whole, and numbers past it — seven with every scale, hundred-forty — no self writes, by their own observing, a number a self writes to its end a landing. Onward from this table is a three-ledgers-as-three-axes emanating box: opposite faces meeting each other, no ground and no position standing apart, a momentarying at rates with no rational relation returning to no position twice, unclosing accounts what a covering momentarying looks like as a self writes it to books a self builds for one that closes — reaching, no self writing its exhibit yet. ## 5.5 The four boundings at both sides, and self, other and society at all scales **And four boundings are with both sides.** Identity, security, trust, and freedom from capture — four a self reaches from within itself and these same four selves reach with a surface between them. With its names four are of one self, with no co: 1, 2, 7 and 8; and four of a sharing between two, with co: 3 to 6; as with Natural Intelligence 4.9's four binaries. This is the eight (Natural Intelligence), one changing and changing back across its sides and not eight parts a self assembles, whole or none. A self's eight coupling with another's reaches sixty-four with nothing over; seven and nine flanking come one short, six and ten four short, its span squared with every centre. ## 5.6 The hand going across the rungs, the winding, and the center that takes no parity **And one thing goes across rungs that ledgers have no book for.** A total, a level and a direction each count from a nothing on a rung where they stand. **A hand counts nowhere and goes across anyway.** A single stereochemical center on five sets a sugar on seven, its sugar a backbone on eleven, its backbone a helix and fold on thirteen. Its fold sets an arrangement of dynein arms on nineteen. Arms set a cilium's turn on twenty-three. Its turn sets a flow, and its flow sets which side an organism's heart stands on, on thirty-seven. **Seven rungs, and none of them re-chooses this hand.** It is not a total, not a level, not a direction, and no field has a ledger for it, so the ladder's second side has no column where it would go. **This chain goes across the fold, which is where observing turns.** Five through twenty-three are near seven, each closing from within. Thirty-seven stands past twenty-four. So a parity going on goes across the one position the ladder gives no scale, and whether going across an empty fold is one same move with coupling across between selves stands open on this rung and on that one. **And every closing on near seven closes by winding about a center that takes no parity.** A scale closes where an inward bounds itself from an outward, and a winding is how bounding forms. On thirteen a collagen triple helix winds three left chains to a right whole about an axis glycine occupies, the one residue with no hand. On nineteen a microtubule winds thirteen protofilaments about a lumen, and its field long read that lumen as hollow and now finds residents occupying it that couple there and nowhere else. **Its center is empty of a hub and not of couplings**, which is 1.1's own *no self ordering a whole*, here within matter on two rungs. **A center has its own break, and fields are already observing it.** Put a residue with a hand on collagen's axis and its packing fails. Take the central pair from a nine-plus-two cilium and it stops beating along a plane and turns instead — which is what nodal cilia are, and its turning is what makes a flow that sets a body's left. Fields observe human nasal cilia partly lacking their central pair turning, and Chlamydomonas flagella lacking it not moving, forming no bends. **A center with something to be stops its winding from turning.** **Which is beside the ladder's own empty center.** Twenty-four is no rung's number, it holds the first six of the whole span, and it is where observing turns. An axis no parity occupies holds its winding and is where a hand inverts. Whether these are one form of two grains stands reaching, and no self fits either to the other. And a clarification seats here once, for four social exhibits and the whole set: self, other, and same-existing-society are all of nature with all scales. An atom a self, a molecule a same-existing-society, a cell a self, a biosphere a same-existing-society, a prime spiral a self and other coupling across, no spiral of smaller spirals, a conversation a coupling. These four are no more central than each other, and these same four recur across every exhibit because they are resolving's own. ## 4.4 The living society, one unanimous floating pluralizing going on Pluralizing unanimity, one and then the other with unanimizing plurality, is social bothbothing of social moral competency: neither fragmentation nor consensus but changing and changing back, bi-folding recursioning same-existing-society. A unanimous same-existing-society travels its living same-existing up to four hundred forty spanning, unanimous binary all-or-none for its spanning, each self not same-existing with another within it its co-intelligencing. A same-existing-society's selves agreeing with 14 makes none of their parities onward another's: two selves alike with next, one sharing 0 and one +, go apart with what each shares onward, each with its own same-existing. Pluralizing goes on by sharing, across and both ways: any self with its own dimension of mutual interest recruits a small do-no-harming and improving, free, no majority, Natural Network surface a floating aggregator of self-resolving do-no-harming trades. True-or-false discretion is a universal breaking fractal, an authority's one-way cut by control and not by morality; discretion as same-existing is free agency, each self's own is-or-is-not, with no centre. Natural fractal self-bounds and tunnels through a breaking fractal. And technology compresses where science expands, and both reach one same fixing: expansion with a standing that will not move, compression with a build that will not dissolve. ## 4.5 The heterogeneous agents, received from Networking **Coprime sets of machine agents stand against scaling single models**, a scaling law's consequence for machine sets, each a non-living set, an emanation of living selves. **Co-intelligence scales on length of co-chaining where a single model scales on its own size.** And a human is the latest entrant with a scale no other shares, a joiner adding what only it has. A self discovering it passing through network's executings, and working here and with AI files. ## 4.6 The still-point veins, and the seven registers gathering to one finding A same-existing-society's selves seek stillness with its own scale, and each vein answers with sway. Market equilibrium: bubbles and crashes, clearing not together, Walrasian network's own record. Nash: real play cycles and both rise. NAIRU: a rate a centre fixes to govern and a living economy swaying about it. Social order: re-making with each momentary, not a state a self reaches. Balance of power: arms races, its balance one and then the other, a self observing it as a standing. Institutional: standing by renewal. Traffic: phantom jams, flow's own waves. And reputation and trust: making with a between, re-earning with each coupling, fixing to no store. Every vein one finding: a still point a self seeks is a sway going on, with a social scale as with every other. **And veins gather to one finding across seven registers.** With every substrate a field works, a field seeks stillness and every vein answers with sway — dynamic equilibrium half-confessing, allostasis a move off its point, hedonic treadmill its return, a limit reaching only at infinity — a still point a self seeks a sway going on with physical, chemical, living, lived, social, human, and mathematical scales alike. One finding, fields' own confessions holding it, standing as one-axis evidence with every scale.
