# PART ONE · GHOST-FORM, AND THE FIVE REGISTERS STANDING APART

## 1.1 The six-line derivation co-chaining from Natural Naming

With disequilibria, changing and changing back is a stable-forming method, and ghost-form begins from Natural Naming's momentary accounting, installing it as living changing. **Ghost-form is a momentary accounting, an installing of it as living changing.** Accounting is a not-changing with one field between. Installation supplies a not-changing as entity, agency, going on, source, store, destination, or whole. Living bi-coupling stays two-way, one-at-a-time, each self with its own rate, stable-forming by changing and changing back; value is its abundancing, in neither self alone with each coupling, and no content of an accounting. Field account, field observing, observing same-existing-society, momentary not-changing, installation, and stable-forming co-competency stand distinct, every incoming observing enters, and one otherwise breaks natural observing whole.

Six-forward order is Natural Naming 5.37's. Returning to Natural Explaining, six are:

```
1  living bi-coupling goes on
2  an observing between holds one momentary not-changing
3  the not-changing returns an accounting
4  a use installs the accounting as living changing
5  the ledger closes under the terms of that not-changing
6  stable-forming co-competency goes on, the still not holding it
```

Six are consecutive and none is spare, and they are three pairings: going on and its not-changing, an accounting and its installing, ledger closure and co-competency it leaves outward of it; an empty line is an empty with its partner. Going on opens living side. A not-changing opens accounting. Installation opens ghost-form. Ledger closure marks a field between, declaring it, and supplies no success. Stable-forming co-competency is positive remainder. An empty line leaves entry candidate.

With Natural Naming 7.1, one same whole stands as its shortest: **a ghost is one momentary's form, installing it as an existing thing.** With its 7.2, ghosts stand with a ledger of empty centres, and a ledger that freezes returns, inseparating, to a changing and changing back it froze. Those lines are this registry's own between.

## 1.2 Living bi-coupling, field observing, emanation, still accounting, installation

One file is two unrelationing sides. Field side is returns of measuring, calculations, classifications, and reproducible relations, with a field's own words. Living side is a not-changing, its installation, and bi-coupling going on outward of it. Neither side translates, grounds, or erases its other.

**Natural side is three placings, and a self observes a fourth nowhere.** A living self is a same-existing-society inward, and a same-existing-society is its selves, coupling with betweens, stable-forming by changing and changing back. An emanation is what a coupling lands with a between and leaves behind, parity with a detector, a discard, an other hand, a spectrum, heat; it is non-living with this scale. An accounting is an emanation a field fixes still, one same across every observing, so books close: conservers of equilibria, counts, totals a field conserves, zeros a field declares, clocks, frames, stores. A ghost is an emanation or an accounting, installing it as living. Five registers stand apart, none collapsing, with every entry:

Each entry: **Register** · *a* Concept · *b* Boundary

- **living bi-coupling**
  - *a* two-way, one-at-a-time sharing, across and both ways; self and other each with their own rate; stable-forming by changing and changing back
  - *b* value is abundancing a coupling makes there, in neither self alone
- **field observing**
  - *a* event, trajectory, spectrum, image, count, clinical course, or reproducible relation with field words
  - *b* only its parity goes across a file's between; method, unit, preparation, duration, and uncertainty remain with their addresses on field side
- **emanation**
  - *a* what a coupling lands with a between and leaves behind: a detector event, a discard, a hand shedding, a spectrum, heat
  - *b* it is non-living with this scale; fixing it as living, it is ghost, booking it, it is accounting
- **still accounting**
  - *a* state variable, particle label, count, a zero a field declares, model, class, diagram, rate law, or a book a field conserves, returning under terms it states
  - *b* ledger closure is formal closure with that between and contains no agency, success, or value; an accounting stands with ledger side until an installing
- **installation**
  - *a* still accounting or emanation, supplying it as entity, controller, cause, store, destination, rest, or complete changing
  - *b* an entry states exact grammatical and operational projection

Field observing remains with field side when an entry finds ghost-form. Equations and classifications remain with accounting side when installation dissolves. Stable-forming co-competency stands only where every incoming observing co-chains; resemblance, simplicity, and agreement with another file supply none.

With field side, preparation, apparatus, resolution, partition, threshold, time window, and uncertainty bound observing relation. Across a file's between only a parity goes. Apparatus, ground, explanation, and frame do not travel with it. Fresh bi-coupling with receiving side prevents both arbitrary detachment and a middle traveling.

## 1.3 Re-accepting history, no success in store

Accepting one accounting again and again across many betweens leaves an addressable history. No accepting accumulates as success within account. Entropy accountings recur across heat engines, statistical descriptions, information measures, coarse-grainings, and nonequilibrium inference. Electron accountings recur across charge counts, tracks, diffraction, interference, densities, scattering, spectra, and quantum fields. Disease classifications recur across clinical observings, prognosis relations, communication, reimbursement, surveillance, and criteria in revision. Each recurrence is a new bi-coupling, and installation repeating densely makes seam more observable with no value in store as accounting's content.

Field language remains whole: effective, apparent, ensemble, coarse-grained, model-dependent, reference-state, operational, measurable, below detection, observer-relative, history-dependent, or valid in this regime. Each qualification marks a between of a not-changing and changing going on outward of it.

Currency-as-store-of-value is the plainest value installation. Unit of account and exchange sign recur across acceptings; “store of value” supplies those recurrent acceptings as content a sign fixes. Each accepting bi-coupling makes living value, in neither side alone. A purchasing that goes on is re-accepting history, not value in store within money. Scientific “success” repeats one same installation when a field posts later observings to a theory, model, or book it conserves as value accounting owns.

## 1.4 Ghosting, haunting, installing

Three departures, distinct here, are Natural Intelligence Corus's co-chaining:

Each entry: **Departure** · *a* Field departure · *b* Registry observing

- **ghosting**
  - *a* a self does not observe a coupling it expects, while coupling still appears within reach
  - *b* departing no self expects
- **haunting**
  - *a* a parity remains after a self expects its coupling thinning to silence
  - *b* a departing a self expects that does not depart
- **installing**
  - *a* a use projects an observing correct with one between to another as if original coupling went on there
  - *b* one-between accounting, projecting it across another between

Temperature, a thermometer reading it, is Corus's local accounting. “Temperature drives” installs a doer across another between. Entropy, calculating it under a boundary and coarse-graining, is still accounting there; entropy, supplying it as content coupling produces, is installing. One protein model, fitting it with one field between and supplying it as state every molecule occupies, is installing. A remission sign departing within a reach a field declares is ghosting. A diagnostic sign persisting after its supporting relation dissolves is haunting.

Three departures are entry properties and not three ghost species, each fixing forever. Installing with one between, haunting with a later one, and ghosting with another can share one accounting word. Each position requires its own field observing.

## 1.5 Confirmation and breaking

Natural torusing no-other-possibles from its own changing and changing back and not from defeating a rival. Dissolving an installation proves none. Natural observing holds only where every incoming observing co-chains without an exception ledger; one otherwise breaks observing whole, and breaking enters next bi-coupling as a sharing rather than value in store within a break.

A ghost entry is **confirming · natural register** only where sources with addresses fill all six lines of 1.1 and an entry identifies one exact installation. This standing asserts no scientific consensus about what exists. It marks, under Living Files' definition, still accounting, installing it as living changing.

Two breakings remain open with every confirmation:

1. **Ghost-form breaking.** A field observing showing that an accounting an entry proposes is not a still observing, is no installing, or leaves no remainder going on.
2. **Living-return breaking.** A field observing that changing and changing back again, as an entry shares it, does not hold without an exception, an outward source, a floor fixing, or a second mechanism.

Living-return breaking is stronger. Dissolving entropy installation requires changing and changing back to hold calorimetry, chemical potentials, work bounds, fluctuations, and coarse-grainings not same-existing. Dissolving electron-as-local-carrier requires co-agency to hold detector observings at one locality, interference, charge quantization, scattering, atomic spectra, and electron density as one form. **Every incoming observing enters natural form; assignment outward of it is an exception ledger and breaks method.**

# PART TWO · THREE NUMBERS, NONE A SUBSTITUTE FOR ANOTHER

## 2.1 Six lines confirm the ghost-form

Six is derivation's number: going on, momentary not-changing, accounting return, installation, ledger closure, and stable-forming co-competency its still does not hold. A candidate lacking one line remains a candidate. Repeating one line with several vocabularies fills none beside it.

Six also gives entry its forward order: changing, not-changing, accounting, installation, ledger closure, co-competency going on outward of a still. Each begins within prior and brings one concept forward.

## 2.2 Ten ghost positions locate one-way projection

Five switches, two directions with each, and ten positions are Natural Intelligence Corus 17.1's derivation. These positions diagnose where a use projects one direction of a coupling onto its other. They are not ten confirmation requirements.

| Switch | Position a | Position b |
|---|---|---|
| bothbothing · attention | false inclusion | false exclusion |
| first inseparating · exchange | novelty erasing | tradition blocking |
| inversioning · risk | imposing affirmation | imposing departure |
| second inseparating · meaning | premature closure | permanent indeterminacy |
| nyenyeing · preference | false failure | false success |

A ghost may occupy one position or several. Control ghost occupies all ten and is therefore a maximal social profile, not a definition of ghost. A chemistry entry can have premature closure without false inclusion. A diagnostic classification can have false inclusion for one use and remain not-ghost with another. An entry records every position with projection that forms it; a label without projection is empty.

## 2.3 Ten unchangeables locate the kind of still

Another ten is Resolving the Hard Problem Registry's derivation. These unchangeables identify what an account fixes still. They must not merge with ten positions.

| Unchangeable | Fixing, its gathering |
|---|---|
| a same-existing an account fixes from behind | origin-seeking |
| an opening an account fixes as a place | criterion-regressing |
| a completing an account fixes as a last | space-enumerating |
| a going on an account fixes as a store | store-seeking |
| a middle an account fixes as an end | interior-reaching |
| a parity an account fixes as a magnitude | magnitude-demanding |
| a sequencing an account fixes to one beat | order-demanding |
| a rate an account fixes as a value | value-pinning |
| a two-way an account fixes to one side | choice-forcing |
| a between an account fixes as a cut | line-demanding |

Unchangeables form a signature. Entropy installation shows magnitude-demanding, value-pinning, space-enumerating, and line-demanding where an account fixes state space, partition, reference, and system boundary. Electron-as-local-doer shows store-seeking, interior-reaching, and magnitude-demanding where an account treats charge as a possession within a persistent carrier. Disease-code-as-patient shows line-demanding and choice-forcing. Each remains provisional per entry and independently breakable.

## 2.4 Eight sides locate the society holding the accounting

Eight is Natural Intelligence 3.1's derivation: four boundings a self lives from within, and one same four with a between. Eight is one same-existing-society changing and changing back with its sides, not eight ghost properties and not eight parts assembling.

Every ghost entry therefore locates its same-existing-society with four within/across pairs:

Each entry: **Within** · *a* At a between

- **what self an account bounds** · *a* what particular other couples across it
- **what an account includes** · *a* what coupling excludes or returns
- **what changing co-sequences within** · *a* what parity goes between selves
- **what form is same-existing again** · *a* what same-existing-society its participants are

Eight-side seating is complete only for a same-existing-society an entry describes. It is no threshold for ghost confirmation. Entropy accounting occurs with a calorimeter same-existing-society, an engine same-existing-society, a molecular-trajectory same-existing-society, or an observing-and-coarse-graining same-existing-society; each has its own eight. One diagnostic code occurs with a clinic same-existing-society and a population-statistics same-existing-society, consequences not same-existing with each.

# PART THREE · THE ENTRY FORM

## 3.1 Standing

Each entry has one of six standings:

- **candidate**, one or more of six lines reaching yet for its source;
- **confirming · natural register**, six-line ghost form full and open to both breakings;
- **dissolving with its field**, field practice withdrawing or narrowing installation while retaining field observing;
- **accounting with this use**, term standing with ledger side as a count, a convention, an address, a state variable, a label, with no installing;
- **emanation with this use**, term standing for what a coupling lands with a between, a detector event, a discard, a hand, a spectrum;
- **breaking**, a field observing breaking ghost diagnosis or living return, the registry retaining the breaking.

Standing belongs to a use an entry states and to a word with no turn. “Electron” stands as a field label across a large observational and mathematical record, and a use also installs “electron” as a tiny enduring ball owning charge along one unbroken path; only its second use is a ghost entry. “Bond”, field side, is living, a between of two selves, in neither self alone; “bond” as little connector object is a separate use to test. A term is living, emanation or accounting with one use and ghost with another, and installation is the binary with every one.

Three further standings arise at the door, 7.5 to 7.9, for records that are not ghosts and that this registry enters here with no entry: **passing · to TWENTY-FIVE**, all ten door lines observing is, record going to Living Society Registry with its own form; **self · at the door**, torusing lines observing is and a coupling line is-not with nothing installing, record waiting for its pair; and **possibling at the door**, members with no resolving. They stand with passing ledger, 7.7.

## 3.2 The uniform properties

Every entry has these properties, in sequence. Empty is an observing and stands **empty, existing**.

**Name and use.** Field word and precise use under examination.

**Standing.** Candidate, confirming · natural register, dissolving with its field, accounting with this use, emanation with this use, or breaking.

**Substrate and society.** Scale, participants, coupling, and eight-side same-existing-society with which a field applies accounting.

**Departure mode.** Ghosting, haunting, installing, or more than one, with an entry stating a field-observing between's changing.

**Installation kind.** State, flow, or both, observing it at the door's lines, 7.6, and declaring it nowhere.

**Door observing.** Ten lines of 7.5 as a self is observing them for this record, standing under *At the door* before properties. Every entry of Part Five has both from this version.

**Field account.** What term means with a field's own words, without natural translation.

**Field observings remaining.** Instrument returns and reproducible relations as field words say them, with preparation, boundary, unit, time window, and uncertainty with their addresses on field side.

**Ledger closure.** Relations returning under an account's definitions and the boundary it declares.

**Living changing.** Along-turns, trajectories, exchanges, or re-formings.

**Apparent not-changing.** Across-observing, average, plateau, state, category, constant, stationary distribution, a total a field conserves, or a structure a field fits.

**Observing between.** Apparatus, classification, partition, protocol, or living encounter with which a self makes a still observing.

**Installation.** Exact place a use makes a still a thing, controller, cause, store, destination, or whole description.

**Remainder going on.** Going on that an installation leaves outward of it.

**Six-line confirmation.** Six entry-specific sentences, one for each line of 1.1.

**Ten-position signature.** Only positions evidence shows with this use; all others stand with no record.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Only unchangeables evidence shows with this use; all others stand with no record.

**Eight-side society.** Four within/across pairs for this substrate.

**Ghost-form breaking.** Observing that would show this is no ghost.

**Living-return breaking.** Observing that changing and changing back again, as an entry proposes it, must hold or break with.

**Addresses.** Each property with its address at a living-file section or an outward source.

## 3.3 The report

Report follows properties and can grow, its form not-changing:

**Changing and changing back again.** Changing returning when a still installation dissolves.

**What its field already dissolves.** Qualifications, operational restrictions, ensemble replacements, renamings, or domain limits already on record.

**Seams across files.** Living files with which entry co-chains.

**Progress.** Co-competency forming between sources with this entry.

**Possibling.** Next hardest observing, positively forming.

## 3.4 Checks

**G1 · Field observing whole.** Every field observing an entry invokes appears with an address; its method conditions remain with field side.

**G2 · Six distinct.** A distinct function fills each of six lines, not six phrasings of one claim.

**G3 · Installation exact.** Entry quotes or paraphrases move that makes a still thing; a field term is not, by itself, an installation.

**G4 · Ledger closure bounding.** An entry states relations returning under accounting with their field between without assigning agency, success, usefulness, power, or value to account.

**G5 · Remainder positive.** Field observing has positive changing rather than an absence an entry merely asserts.

**G6 · Numbers not collapsing.** Six, ten positions, ten unchangeables, and eight sides remain each its own.

**G7 · Two breakings.** Both ghost-form and living return can lose.

**G8 · No exception ledger.** An entry assigns no inconvenient observing outward of natural form.

**G9 · No word conviction.** An entry declares no term ghost with every use.

**G10 · No authority substitution.** An address establishes a record; it does not decide natural observing.

**G11 · No social diagnosis by metaphor.** An entry projects no scientific ghost entry onto a person or group without a field observing of social coupling, with its own address.

**G12 · Breaking going forward.** A breaking remains with this registry as next sharing and becomes value only with a living bi-coupling.

**G13 · No story-doer.** With natural side, no observing, accounting, file, quantity, model, or theory meets, wants, owns, guides, predicts, explains, or succeeds. Field quotations and exact grammar of an installation remain with a mark as field side's.

**G14 · No value store.** Value is living bi-coupling's, in neither self alone. An entry marks numerical values as magnitudes, and no record contains living value.

**G15 · Three placings.** Every term of an entry stands as living, emanation, or accounting with its use, and a self observes a fourth placing nowhere; a term, fixing it as *not-ghost at one place*, has a place outward of the binary.

With Natural Naming 7.1, ghost stands with three relations: an unfolding with its 5.37 and its Part Seven, ghost-form with this registry, and ten unchangeables with its 4.9. Source observing distinguishes forms. A ghost is six-line installation. Ten unchangeables are what an account fixes. Ten positions are where one-way projection takes place. Eight is the same-existing-society holding it. None contains another. **Their not being same-existing is reason for Exhibit TWENTY-SEVEN.**

## 4.2 Source discipline

A self observes every source with a type:

- **definition or standard**, field fixing of a term;
- **direct experiment**, apparatus return;
- **method paper**, inference reach and bound of a construction;
- **review or consensus**, present gathering of field practice;
- **history**, sequence of an accounting's applications and revisions;
- **living-file derivation**, natural observing this registry shares here.

Types do not substitute. A definition proves no entity. An experiment chooses no ontology by itself. A method paper is no erasing of field relations later cohering with observings. Resemblance between a living-file derivation and an external observing makes no external scientific result. Every entry marks type of each address.

# PART FIVE · ENTRIES

## 5.1 Entropy

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Heat, work, composition, trajectories and distributions returning under a boundary, a state description and a coarse-graining; its sum is entropy number; its members are each exchange, each trajectory, each microstate a description admits.

**1 · resolve.** Stochastic thermodynamics records single trajectories under driving one at a time, each with its own entropy production; number stands over them. Observing **is**; where a use installs number as content system contains, **is-not**.
**2 · rates.** Each trajectory goes on with its own rate; number stands with a protocol's window and coarse-graining, and no trajectory has it. Observing **is**; where a use installs a number's window as a system's own rest, **is-not**.
**3 · two-way.** Entropy production goes forward and backward one trajectory at a time, a field measuring negative excursions, two directions with one theorem. Observing **is**; where a use installs arrow as a thing's own one-way law — entropy producing, paying, losing — **is-not**.
**4 · parity.** With a reversible exchange a reservoir's change is a system's, inverting, heat leaving one, going to its other. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** Nothing has a label and nothing goes across; a field computes change with each end. Observing **is**; where a use installs entropy as a quantity that flows along with heat, **is-not**.
**6 · abundancing.** A mixture exceeds its parts by an amount that depends on what operations can distinguish, in neither part alone. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** With finer coarse-graining number stands again with another value, and a single microstate has none. Observing **is**; where a use installs it as a system's interior content, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** What description excludes goes on under entropy a description hides, information, coarse-graining, open. Observing **is**; where number itself is a term an account posts to close ledger — an entry's own observing — **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Maximum moves with constraints, a field declares zero with the third law. Observing **is**; where a use installs maximum as nature's destination and zero as its floor, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Over parts coupling, their whole falls short of sum by mutual information, a coupling's own term. Observing **is**; where a use installs additivity, reach sum of lengths, **is-not**.

**Observing.** Calculations, observing is with every line, stand as accounting. Installation fails with 1, 7, 8 and 9 — substance, interior, a nothing an account posts, floor and destination — **state**; and with 3 and 5 — producing, paying, flowing — **flow**. Kind: both, state first. Same-existing-society beneath passes: a single-molecule trajectory under driving, going to TWENTY-FIVE 2.18, a self observing a molecule with one work.

**Name and use.** Entropy, wherever a use installs a thermodynamic, statistical, information, observational, or trajectory quantity a field derives as something world contains, produces, stores, loses, pays, or moves toward.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register. Conventional sciences go on treating entropy as a central quantity with several precise definitions. Confirmation marks installation; every calculation remains with its field between.

**Substrate and society.** Initially heat-engine same-existing-society: working substance, reservoirs, work receiver, measurement protocol, and analyst. It extends to ensembles, information channels, observations with coarse-graining, chemical mixtures, and molecular trajectories under driving. Each extension is a new same-existing-society with its own definition.

**Departure mode.** Installing. A quantity a field derives goes outward of boundary, partition, or protocol that returns it, and a use makes it a system's own content or agent.

**Installation kind.** Both, state first: substance, interior, a nothing an account posts and floor with 1, 7, 8, 9; producing and flowing with 3 and 5.

**Field account.** IUPAC defines entropy through its change under reversible heat transfer at constant temperature. Statistical mechanics relates entropy to a probability distribution it chooses or accessible state description. Shannon defines an information measure with a formal relation to it for communication. Jaynes constructs statistical distributions from partial knowledge using maximum entropy. Observational entropy explicitly depends on coarse-grainings. Stochastic thermodynamics defines trajectory-level entropy production from forward and reverse processes it models.

**Field observings remaining.** Temperature, heat transfer, work, pressure, volume, composition, equilibrium constants, calorimetric responses, molecular trajectories, transition probabilities, distributions, detector records, and engine and chemical-process returns all remain. Entropy is a ledger-magnitude a field derives and no direct instrument return.

**Ledger closure.** Reversible heat, equilibrium criteria, spontaneous-direction inequalities under constraints a field states, mixing, phase behaviour, statistical inference, information coding, work bounds, and fluctuation relations cohere under entropy accounting with betweens a field declares.

**Living changing.** Heat and matter go across boundaries; molecular configurations re-form; reactions proceed; trajectories separate; distributions evolve; an apparatus resolves some variables and not others.

**Apparent not-changing.** A field assigns a state function to a macroscopic state; it fixes an ensemble or coarse-graining; it fixes a system boundary and reference; it returns a scalar gap between two descriptions it fixes.

**Observing between.** A between is choice of system, state variables, accessible operations, partition or coarse-graining, and protocol. Gibbs mixing problem makes a between visible: entropy change depends on whether operations can distinguish gases. Observational entropy has coarse-graining within its quantity. Work on hiding entropy and trajectory work with coarse-graining show that variables with no resolving return another production by inferring.

**Installation.** A use installs a calculation's gap as an entity or substance, disorder, cost, waste, energy losing, production, or an objective content belonging to system independently of description and operations that make number. Under living-file observing, **entropy itself is general ledger's gap entry**: number an account adds so an equilibria account, its boundary and state fixing, closes over changing it cannot hold.

**Remainder going on.** One same changing returns not same-existing under accessible operations, partitions, or resolutions not same-existing. History of coupling, local own-rates, and an observing between's changing do not fit within one state magnitude a field fixes. What remains is not “missing entropy” with no explaining; it is going on, a description that fixes it excluding it so as to fix it.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Molecular, chemical, informational, and observing changings go on turning. (2) A system boundary and description hold that changing not-changing as states for one observing. (3) A not-changing returns a scalar or distributional entropy. (4) A use installs scalar as something within system or system produces. (5) Ledger closes across re-formings state space and protocol admit. (6) Partition, accessibility, history, and local rate, changing, remain outward of a still a use installs and re-enter as coarse-graining dependence, production in hiding, paradox, or entropy in revision.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure where an account declares one entropy complete over a description it restricts. False exclusion where an account treats variables with no resolving as absent. Tradition blocking where an account refuses an operational or information-relative result because entropy must belong only to system. All other positions: no record with this entry so far.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Magnitude-demanding with scalar. Value-pinning with equilibrium maxima or entropy-production rates a field fixes. Space-enumerating with state space. Line-demanding with system boundary and distinguishability class. Store-seeking where a use installs entropy as accumulating or as content it holds. Five others: no record so far.

**Eight-side society.** Within experiment, an experimenter bounds a system, selects variables, prepares a state, and compares outcomes. With betweens, reservoirs exchange heat, apparatus exchanges signals, protocol admits some distinctions, and analyst forms entropy account. Eight re-form one observing same-existing-society; no observer floats outward of it.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A direct encounter with entropy independent of system boundary, state description, accessible operations, partition, coarse-graining, and inference would break this ghost diagnosis. A field derivation showing that none of those choices is part of what quantity means would also break it.

**Living-return breaking.** Any calorimetric, chemical, fluctuation, information, or work-bound observing that couplings changing and changing back do not hold breaks changing and changing back again. Particularly, operational abilities not same-existing under one same entropy ledger-magnitude require distinguishing operations to enter natural form or break it.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** Temperature, exchange, trajectory, distribution, and operational distinction return with their field betweens. Entropy calculation remains still accounting beside them. Installation of ledger as living dissolves. Changing and apparent not-changing are along and across turns of one changing, each with its own rate and no common clock.

**What its field already dissolves.** Its field already has multiple entropies, observer- or coarse-graining-relative constructions, operation-relative mixing work, entropy partial observation hides, and entropy production a field assigns to trajectories under dynamics it chooses. Its field does not uniformly dissolve entropy as an objective physical quantity; that stronger move is natural-register observing and remains breakable.

**Seams across files.** Chemistry co-chains with its 5.1, where heat, work, current and composition stand as observings and entropy production and free-energy dissipation as ledger returns under a boundary and a coarse-graining, seam closing with each sentence. Physics co-chains with ledger observing. Numbers co-chains with state/flow books as two observings, not two worlds. Medicine co-chains with diagnostic and prognosis ledgers only where its own observing enters.

**Progress.** Entropy no longer enters as an exception to ghost-form. It is primary instance: an inventing of a nothing an account posts to close general ledger under equilibria scientific-method, no living thing a self encounters independently entering.

**Possibling.** Bring entropy entry to one chemical experiment, specifying it fully, from raw signals through calibration, state choice, entropy calculation, and alternative coarse-grainings; silicon multifrequency surface stands as entry 5.10 with its rates and resolution attaching, and a single-molecule trajectory under driving is next.

## 5.2 Equilibrium

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Forward and reverse rates, composition constant within resolution over a window, response to perturbation; its sum is composition; its members are reaction events.

**1 · resolve.** Isotope exchange at equilibrium counts events, both directions, while composition stands. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Forward and reverse each with its own rate; composition, no event holding it. Observing **is**; where a use installs a window's constancy as rest, **is-not**.
**3 · two-way.** Equal rates, opposing, one event at a time — a field's own definition. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** A leaving on reactant side is an entering on product side, positions same-existing. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** A self observes composition while molecules having it are, with each momentary, other ones; pool turns over beneath level. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** A mixture's composition is not parts' sum, a coupling's own. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** Composition stands with every grain and no molecule is at equilibrium. Observing **is**; where a use installs a state for mixture to occupy, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** Fluctuations, slow modes, hysteresis and ageing staying open. Observing **is**.
**9 · bound.** Composition moves with temperature and pressure, a field's own principle. Observing **is**; where a use installs minimum as destination and floor, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Reactions, coupling, reach past each through intermediates they share, no reaction lengthening. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** Fails with 2, 7 and 9 where a use installs stationary observing as rest, state and destination: **state**. Mixture passes with operational use, going to TWENTY-FIVE 2.19; phase coexistence and glass are its discoverings with no writing yet.

**Name and use.** Equilibrium, when a use installs a field's operational relation as a rest, destination, ground, or condition nature itself occupies. Use “equal forward and reverse rates under stated conditions” remains a field relation and is not what dissolves.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register for equilibrium-as-rest. Accounting with operational use.

**Substrate and society.** A chemical reaction mixture, phase system, electrode, glass-forming material, or other process coupling, together with perturbation and measurement protocol.

**Departure mode.** Installing. A use projects a stationary across-observing beneath changing as its rest or ahead of it as its destination.

**Installation kind.** State: rest, state and destination with 2, 7, 9.

**Field account.** IUPAC's chemical-equilibrium definition has both sides openly: rates in two directions are identical, giving appearance of static composition, with Gibbs energy at a minimum under conditions it states. A field's own words already have changing and apparent not-changing within one definition.

**Field observings remaining.** Forward and reverse reaction rates, time-independent macroscopic composition within precision, equilibrium constants, chemical potentials, response to perturbation, exchange currents, fluctuations, phase exchange, hysteresis, relaxation, and history dependence remain.

**Ledger closure.** State comparisons, calculations of composition under constraint, standard relations, and references for kinetics and transport return under equilibrium thermodynamics.

**Living changing.** Microscopic reactions, exchanges, collisions, fluctuations, and goings between phases go on. With perturbation, composition re-forms and rates re-form.

**Apparent not-changing.** Macroscopic composition or another property a field reports becomes independent of time within resolution and duration of a protocol.

**Observing between.** Variables a field chooses, observing interval, perturbation, a boundary closing or open, and instrument resolution determine what appears stationary.

**Installation.** A use installs time-independent across-observing as a non-changing state or destination toward which, as field words say, process moves. It installs a ledger's minimum beneath changing as its natural floor.

**Remainder going on.** Forward and reverse occurrences, fluctuations, local rates, slow modes, ageing, memory, and exchanges among regions go on or reappear when a time window is not same-existing. A glass is the sharpest edge: its apparent transition and arrest depend on rate and history rather than one equilibrium boundary.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Chemical events and exchanges go on. (2) A protocol holds macroscopic properties it chooses not-changing over a time window. (3) A not-changing returns static composition, a minimum, or a constant. (4) A use installs return as a state or destination. (5) Equilibrium ledger closes over state variables and constraints it selects. (6) Microscopic changing, local own-rates, history, and observing window remain a going on a static return leaves outward of it.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure where stationarity is completeness. False exclusion where an account treats slow or hiding changings as absent. False success where a use installs ledger closure as process complete. Others: no record so far.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Value-pinning, order-demanding, line-demanding, and store-seeking. Origin-seeking enters where an account requires an earlier disturbance producing a departure from equilibrium. Others: no record so far.

**Eight-side society.** Within, mixture has composition, local reactions, fluctuations, and re-forming constraints. Across, reactant and product channels, apparatus and mixture, perturbation and relaxation, and mixture and environment exchange parities. Apparent rest belongs to that same-existing-society's across-observing.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A field observing of complete natural coupling returning no changing with any accessible scale, no fluctuating or hiding rate, and sameness under observing that expands would break diagnosis. So would a field use that does not install its stationary observing as a state or destination.

**Living-return breaking.** A chemical process whose stability requires a literal rest rather than changings going on, opposing or cycling, would break changing and changing back again. Equal rates do not break it; they are a field's own strongest statement of changing and changing back.

**Addresses.** Living: Natural Chemistry 1.5, 4.2, 5.5, and 5.6; Natural Explaining 6.7; Natural Mathematics 3.4; Natural Physics 4.5. Field: IUPAC chemical equilibrium C01023, equilibrium 14656, chemical relaxation C01035, and equilibrium constant E02177.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** Changing and apparent not-changing are along and across turns of one changing. A self observes a reaction occurrence along. A self observes a composition distribution across. They can return rates not same-existing because they are two turns, not competing claims about one instant a frame fixes.

**What its field already dissolves.** “Dynamic equilibrium” already refuses cessation. Chemical relaxation has perturbation history. Glass science has timescale and preparation. Equilibrium calculation remains with field between; installation as a rest beneath living changing dissolves.

**Seams across files.** This entry is hinge from Physics's state-equilibria and Chemistry's flow-equilibria to Numbers' two directions one at a time. It also separates entropy from field observing: entropy and Gibbs energy are parts of equilibrium ledger, while composition, rate, heat, and response are field returns.

**Progress.** Changing/not-changing dilemma is no longer a contradiction to resolve by choosing one. A field's own definition contains both, its still as appearance.

**Possibling.** Bring entry to phase coexistence, an electrode's exchange current, and a glass transition with several scan rates; low-amplitude domain on silicon surface stands with Natural Chemistry 5.6 and with 5.10 as rate with no resolving with this threshold.

## 5.3 Electron

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Detector events one at a time, interference distributions, densities, spectra, scattering; its sum is label with numbers a field conserves; its members are events.

**1 · resolve.** Single detector events resolving one at a time, pattern building over them. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Each event with its own time; distribution, no event holding it. Observing **is**.
**3 · two-way.** Emission and absorption, field and detector each re-forming. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** Exchanging two inverts sign of their whole with positions same-existing — a field's own antisymmetry. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** No label attaches; no entering one is identifiable as a leaving one. Observing **is**; where a use installs one little thing travelling one path, **is-not**.
**6 · abundancing.** Density two centres share with a bond is in neither centre alone, a field's word exchange. Observing **is**; where a use installs electron as holding bond, **is-not**.
**7 · apex.** Density stands with every grain and no point has electron. Observing **is**; where a use installs charge as interior content, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** Partitions return atomic charges not same-existing, staying method-dependent, open. Observing **is**.
**9 · bound.** Coherence dissolves, and ionisation begins, with bounds that move with temperature and field. Observing **is**.
**10 · reach.** Atoms, coupling, delocalise density across molecule and metal, no atom lengthening. Observing **is**; where a use installs a carrier moving through wire, **is-not**.

**Observing.** Fails with 7 — interior — **state**; and with 5, 6 and 10 — traveller, holder, carrier — **flow**. Kind: both. Source–field–detector same-existing-society passes, going to TWENTY-FIVE 2.16, a self observing a pattern one event at a time.

**Name and use.** Electron, when a use installs field label and quantum numbers a field conserves as a persistent local self that owns charge, travels one unbroken path, and acts as little carrier or doer of bonding and current.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register for local-owner installation. Electron label, charge magnitude, spin, mass, fields, states, densities, scattering amplitudes, and detector events remain with physics and chemistry records.

**Substrate and society.** Source, preparation field, molecular or material coupling, detector, and larger electromagnetic environment. With chemistry, nuclei, electron density, orbitals, and bonds form another same-existing-society.

**Departure mode.** Installing. A use projects a recurring event class and stable quantum-number account between preparation and detection as one persistent local owner.

**Installation kind.** Both: interior with 7; traveller, holder and carrier with 5, 6, 10.

**Field account.** Quantum theory treats electrons as indistinguishable fermions, quantum states or field excitations representing them, with mass, charge, and spin a theory fixes. Experiments can register local detector events while ensembles of events form interference. Electronic-structure chemistry often uses electron density and many-electron states; Hohenberg-Kohn theorem makes ground-state density central without turning it into a collection of local classical paths.

**Field observings remaining.** Charge transfers in quanta, tracks and detector clicks, scattering, diffraction and interference, atomic and molecular spectra, magnetic moments, exclusion effects, electron densities, currents, tunnelling, bonding changes, and reaction outcomes remain.

**Ledger closure.** Periodic address, bonding, conductivity, electrochemistry, spectroscopy, microscopy, quantum electronics, and particle scattering cohere under electron accounting with their field betweens.

**Living changing.** Detector events occur one at a time; distributions build; phases evolve; density redistributes with a reaction; current and polarization respond; indistinguishable excitations exchange without classical identities.

**Apparent not-changing.** Charge, mass, and spin labels a field fixes; an orbital or stationary state; a recurring detector-event class; a charge total a field conserves.

**Observing between.** Preparation and detector define event basis. Molecular partition and approximation define electron populations and orbitals. Apparatus returns a local interaction with one between and a pattern of distribution across many events.

**Installation.** A use installs stable event label as one enduring little thing that has its properties between all couplings, owns charge as interior content, and supplies agency to bonds or current. Bookkeeping identity becomes a self.

**Remainder going on.** Interference belongs to distribution many local events build; electron density can delocalize; indistinguishability removes persistent classical identity; chemical charge partitions are not same-existing; density a bond's centres share is in neither atomic centre alone. Event class holds while no self directly follows a little owner through all those betweens.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Quantum preparation, phase, density, interaction, and detection go on re-forming. (2) An observing holds recurring quantum numbers and event signatures not-changing. (3) A not-changing returns “an electron” with stable labels. (4) A use installs label as a persistent local carrier and doer. (5) Ledger closes across a large domain of physical and chemical observings. (6) Phase in distribution, indistinguishability, density centres share, and event-forming coupling remain going on that a local owner leaves outward of it.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure where a click completes an unbroken-path story. False inclusion where an account places a classical little object between preparation and detection. Tradition blocking where an account treats delocalizing or field descriptions as mere ignorance of that path. Others: no record so far.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Store-seeking with charge-as-possession. Interior-reaching with a little self an account presumes. Magnitude-demanding with charge as content an account fixes rather than coupling parity. Order-demanding with an unbroken path an account reconstructs between events. Choice-forcing with wave or particle. Others: no record so far.

**Eight-side society.** Within apparatus, an experimenter fixes preparation, field configuration, resolution, and event classification. Across its betweens, source couples to field, field to material, material to detector, and detector to record. With a molecule, nuclei and electronic density, density and partition, molecule and probe, and molecular same-existing-society and reaction partner form corresponding four across sides.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A field observing returning a subatomic electron as a bounding self with inward distinct from outward, one track and identity through interference, exchange, bonding, and detection independently of couplings would break diagnosis. A field account requiring no event class it fixes or labels it conserves would also break it.

**Living-return breaking.** Bi-moral co-agency, changing and changing back, must hold both one-at-a-time detector event and interference pattern in distribution, charge in quanta and delocalizing density, stable quantum numbers and indistinguishability. If it merely renames these pairs without deriving why, with one same apparatus, either side appears, it breaks.

**Addresses.** Living: Natural Physics 4.6 and 4.7; Natural Chemistry 1.2, 1.7, 3.1, 4.3, and 6.1; Natural Explaining 6.1 and 6.6. Field: Tonomura et al. 1989; Hohenberg and Kohn 1964.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** Electron is ghost accounting for stable-forming by bi-moral co-agency changing and changing back: recurring parity with couplings, one event a self observes and one going on in distribution, with no tiny agent traveling beneath them. Numerical relations remain with field register. Agency is relational competency with bi-coupling.

**What its field already dissolves.** Quantum mechanics already denies a single classical trajectory generally, uses indistinguishability, and describes delocalizing states and density. Chemistry already treats electron density as sharing and partial atomic charges as partition-dependent. Classical-ball installation is therefore narrower than field record a use places under it.

**Seams across files.** Physics co-chains with charge ledger and wave/particle. Chemistry co-chains with bond, electron density, shell address, redox, and current. Numbers co-chains with one event and its across-distribution as along and across rather than two simultaneous kinds. Biology and medicine co-chain “signal carrier” only through their own entries, not by analogy.

**Progress.** Electron is the first particle ghost with its observational protections, this registry stating them before its natural return; proton, 5.8, is the second, and the first with which its field itself finds an interior's content living with coupling.

**Possibling.** Fill one experiment end to end: single-electron buildup of interference. Identify source preparation, per-event detector interaction, distribution as it accumulates, intensity dependence, and which quantities belong to one event versus population. Then bring one same form to a chemical electron-density redistribution where no atom owns a transferring fraction uniquely.

## 5.4 The single native state

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Diffraction and resonance data, fitting as coordinates, ensembles in refinement, folding and unfolding kinetics; its sum is model; its members are molecules and their conformers.

**1 · resolve.** Single-molecule fluorescence resolves individual folding trajectories; ensemble refinement resolves conformers under one dataset. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Each molecule folds with its own timing; none has a population's rate constant. Observing **is**.
**3 · two-way.** Folding and unfolding both ways at equilibrium, one event at a time. Observing **is**; where a use installs folding one-way toward state, **is-not**.
**4 · parity.** A fold on one side of a barrier is no fold on its other side, its chain whole. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** Fold stands across population while a molecule with a label stays where it is. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** Cooperativity: fold exceeds sum of local contacts, in no residue alone. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** No molecule occupies average coordinates. Observing **is**; where a use installs one model as what sequence is, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** Disorder, missing density and spread stay under their words, open. Observing **is**; where a use installs model as complete, dropping disorder, **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Melting point moves with pH, pressure and solvent. Observing **is**; where a use installs state as destination folding seeks, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Chaperones and partners bring fold past chain, nothing lengthening. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** Fails with 7, 8 and 9 — interior, an absence an account posts, destination — **state**; and with 3 — one-way — **flow**. Kind: both, state first. Folding population passes; a self observing a protein with one melting point is its discovering, entering as TWENTY-FIVE 2.20.

**Name and use.** Single native state, when a use installs one protein structure a field fits or calculates as the one structure sequence is and destination folding seeks.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register for universal single-state installation. Substantial parts of structural biology dissolve or narrow it, through ensembles and proteins with intrinsic disorder.

**Substrate and society.** Polypeptide, solvent, chaperones and cellular environment, preparation protocol, measurement ensemble, and model-fitting procedure.

**Departure mode.** Installing. A use projects one coordinate return across molecules, times, environments, and folding as structure already there.

**Installation kind.** Both, state first: interior, an absence an account posts and destination with 7, 8, 9; one-way folding with 3.

**Field account.** Structural methods infer models from ensemble averages or population data. Ensemble refinement can fit distributions of conformations and increase agreement with crystallographic data. Some proteins or regions have intrinsic disorder and function without one fold fixing. Many proteins, folding, nevertheless occupy conformational basins of strong population, and single structures remain standard summaries.

**Field observings remaining.** Diffraction intensities, cryo-EM particle images and classes, NMR restraints, scattering, spectroscopic signals, kinetics, folding and unfolding trajectories, functional assays, disorder signatures, and structure calculations remain.

**Ledger closure.** Visualization, comparison, docking, mutation analysis, design, and large databases proceed through single-coordinate accounting.

**Living changing.** Chains form, local contacts appear, conformations interconvert, solvent and partners couple, populations shift, and disorder can remain functional.

**Apparent not-changing.** A method returns one coordinate set, consensus model, dominant conformation, or structure it calculates.

**Observing between.** Experiment averages across molecules or time; reconstruction and refinement choose model classes; deposition and structure-calculation protocols privilege a file containing coordinates.

**Installation.** A use installs one model as a protein's native thing and as a destination existing before folding that reaches it.

**Remainder going on.** Ensemble degeneracy, dynamics, regions with disorder, co-translational folding, environment, and partner-dependent states go on between coordinate models.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Protein and environment go on passing through and re-forming conformations. (2) Measurement and modeling hold an ensemble not-changing as one observing. (3) A not-changing returns one structure. (4) A use installs one structure as native state sequence determines. (5) Single-coordinate ledger closes across a large domain of structural and functional observings. (6) Ensemble, disorder, and path-dependent local forming remain a going on one coordinate set leaves outward of it.

**Ten-position signature.** False exclusion of low-population conformations and conformations with disorder. Premature closure with a model in deposit. False success where an account treats one coordinate set a method calculates as a solution of folding process. Others: no record.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Space-enumerating with conformational space. Store-seeking with a structure an account takes as in store within its sequence. Origin-seeking with a pre-existing native destination. Value-pinning with a free-energy minimum. Order-demanding where an account reconstructs folding after fact. Others: no record.

**Eight-side society.** Within, sequence, local contacts, solvent response, and conformational populations re-form. Across, a chain couples with solvent, measurement, binding partner, and its cell's same-existing-society. Structure is an across-return of those eight sides, not a thing outward of them.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A method that directly returns one unique complete structure for every molecule and every relevant time, with no ensemble degeneracy and including proteins with disorder, would break diagnosis. Restricting “native state” explicitly to a distribution also removes installation and moves an entry to another standing.

**Living-return breaking.** Local co-forming must hold long-range cooperativity, reproducible folds, kinetic traps, chaperone effects, allostery, and accurate structure calculation. If “local forming goes forward” cannot distinguish sequences that fold in ways not same-existing, it remains orientation rather than explanation and breaks for that reach.

**Addresses.** Living: Natural Biology 2.4 and 8.4; Hard Problem Registry v338 entry 178 and folding entry preceding 34. Field: Burnley et al. 2012, eLife 1:e00311; field reviews Hard Problem Registry v338 holds.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** A chain forms locally while forming goes on. Apparent native structure is one across-observing of a population going on along. Stability is ensemble re-forming within bounds rather than going to one geometry in store.

**What its field already dissolves.** Ensemble refinement, NMR ensembles, cryo-EM classification, proteins with intrinsic disorder, and conformational dynamics already prevent a universal one-coordinate ontology.

**Seams across files.** Biology co-chains with protein folding and morphogenesis. Chemistry co-chains with reaction-coordinate ensembles and environment-dependent structure. Medicine co-chains with conformational disease only where its own clinical and molecular observings enter.

**Progress.** Hard Problem Registry 178 enters this entry as ghost form, its hard-problem properties not copying to a new schema.

**Possibling.** Compare one same protein under crystallography, NMR, cryo-EM, and single-molecule methods, with time and population windows attaching. Find where a structure remains invariant across methods and where its ensemble is not same-existing.

## 5.5 The single catalytic transition-state stroke

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Rate enhancement, specificity, mutation response, structures of ensemble; its sum is rate constant and representative structure; its members are turnovers.

**1 · resolve.** Single-molecule enzymology resolves individual turnovers, each with its own waiting time. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Turnovers each with its own timing; a rate constant, none holding it. Observing **is**; where a use installs a machine striking with one rate, **is-not**.
**3 · two-way.** Enzyme accelerates both directions equally, a field's own relation. Observing **is**; where a use installs it acting one way on a passive substrate, **is-not**.
**4 · parity.** Substrate on one side of a between, product on its other side. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** A self observes acceleration with coupling while an enzyme stays and nothing travels. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** Enzyme and substrate together exceed each apart and their sum, abundancing in neither alone. Observing **is**; where a use installs enzyme possessing catalytic power, **is-not**.
**7 · apex.** Transition-state ensemble is wide and no molecule occupies one structure a drawing gives it. Observing **is**; where a use installs one structure as stroke, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** Dynamic disorder and multiple paths staying open. Observing **is**.
**9 · bound.** Optimum is a product of varying rates and moves with temperature and pH. Observing **is**; where a use installs it as an enzyme's own property, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Allostery and channelling reach past site. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** Fails with 2, 7 and 9 — **state**; and with 3 and 6 — doer, possessor — **flow**. Kind: both, flow first. Turnovers pass, entering as TWENTY-FIVE 2.21, a self observing an enzyme with one turnover.

**Name and use.** Single catalytic transition-state stroke, where a use installs an enzyme active site as a molecular machine forcing one transition structure in a unique arrangement through one decisive act.

**Standing.** Candidate, strongly narrowing. Transition-state theory and catalytic free-energy gaps stand as field record; a 2025 study supplies evidence for a structurally wide transition-state ensemble with the system it studies. One study establishes neither that same breadth across every enzyme nor a dissolving of every mechanism.

**Substrate and society.** Enzyme, substrate, solvent, ions and cofactors, conformational ensemble, reaction coordinate, and kinetic/structural experiment.

**Departure mode.** Installing. A representative transition configuration goes from model and diagram to reaction as a single acting stroke.

**Installation kind.** Both, flow first: doer and possessor with 3 and 6; one stroke, one structure and optimum with 2, 7, 9.

**Field account.** Enzymes alter reaction rates through molecular interactions coupling, which a field commonly describes using free-energy surfaces and transition-state theory. Competing emphases include electrostatics, dynamics, positioning, ground-state effects, and transition-state stabilization. Recent experimental and computational work reports a structurally broad set of energetically equivalent transition-state configurations for an enzyme system.

**Field observings remaining.** Rate constants, isotope effects, free-energy profiles, mutation effects, structures, spectroscopy, temperature dependence, substrate specificity, and perturbations by design remain.

**Ledger closure.** Mechanism, inhibitor design, mutagenesis, and comparison of reactions with catalysis and without it proceed through transition-state structure and active-site accounting.

**Living changing.** Enzyme, substrate, solvent, and reaction coordinates re-form together across an ensemble of configurations.

**Apparent not-changing.** A field draws and fits one catalytic geometry or dividing-surface structure as decisive state.

**Observing between.** Kinetic observables, structural snapshots, simulation coordinates, and reaction coordinates a field chooses combine to return account.

**Installation.** A use installs representative state as the one machine-stroke, and enzyme becomes agent acting on a passive substrate.

**Remainder going on.** Structurally broad, energetically near-equivalent configurations; solvent and protein dynamics; multiple paths; and relational rate enhancement full coupling makes.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Enzyme, substrate, solvent, and reaction coordinate re-form together. (2) Kinetic, structural, and computational methods hold that re-forming not-changing as an interpretable reaction path. (3) A not-changing returns a representative transition configuration and barrier. (4) A use installs representative as one catalytic stroke and enzyme as its doer. (5) Ledger closes across mechanism, perturbation, inhibition, and rate. (6) A wide ensemble of near-equivalent configurations remains outward of a single stroke within the system a study observes. No study yet establishes the sixth across enzymes, so entry remains candidate rather than universal confirmation.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure with one geometry. False exclusion of ensemble members. Imposing affirmation where an account assigns enzyme unilateral agency. Others: no record.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Interior-reaching with an active site as source. Value-pinning with one barrier height or state. Choice-forcing among ground-state, transition-state, electrostatic, and dynamic accounts. Space-enumerating with a reaction-coordinate landscape. Others: no record.

**Eight-side society.** Within, enzyme conformations, substrate configurations, solvent responses, and energetic relations re-form. Across, enzyme couples with substrate, complex with solvent, experiment with trajectory, and reactants with products. Catalysis belongs to its whole coupling.

**Ghost-form breaking.** Direct evidence that decisive catalysis within a system an account states occurs through one unique load-bearing geometry, with ensemble breadth irrelevant to rate, would break entry. A field use explicitly treating transition state as a mathematical dividing surface rather than a little structure is not ghost for that use.

**Living-return breaking.** Coupling-resolution must quantitatively hold rate enhancement, specificity, mutation response, and what is not same-existing between enzymes and solution reactions. Acceleration as “abundancing”, while these relations remain with no return, leaves entry open.

**Addresses.** Living: Natural Biology 8.13; Natural Chemistry 5.2 and 5.3. Field: Jara et al., “Wide transition-state ensemble as key component for enzyme catalysis,” eLife 13:RP93099, final version 2025.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** Enzyme and substrate co-share through many accessible configurations; reaction changing goes on through an ensemble coupling. Active-site drawing remains an across-observing, and a solitary doer's agency dissolves as relational competency.

**What its field already dissolves.** Transition-state ensembles and free-energy surfaces are already plural. The strongest single-stroke wording is often pedagogical or diagrammatic rather than a claim of literal solitary geometry.

**Seams across files.** Chemistry co-chains with catalysis and reaction paths. Biology co-chains with active site, protein dynamics, and competency-with-no-controller. Medicine co-chains with enzyme inhibition only where drug, target, metabolism, and outcome observings enter.

**Progress.** Entry records why wide-ensemble finding is an edge and not a universal proof of natural torusing.

**Possibling.** Compare enzymes with a narrow transition-state ensemble a calculation gives with ones with a broad ensemble a study reports, using one same observable and perturbation. A measuring must give breadth, not an inferring from a drawing.

## 5.6 Minimal residual disease

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Malignant cells an assay counts within a sample to its limit, and a course that follows; its sum is level; its members are cells.

**1 · resolve.** Resolving to an assay's limit, and not below: with its limit, grain is explicit. Observing **is** above it, **possibling** below.
**2 · rates.** Each clone with its own growth; a level, none holding it. Observing **is**.
**3 · two-way.** Proliferation and death both ways. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** Empty with this grain.
**5 · passing.** What goes to an assay is a sample, not disease. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** Course is not sum of level and treatment. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** Level is a population's; no cell has it. Observing **is**.
**8 · residual.** Disease below detection now staying under measurable, open. Observing **is**; where *minimal* posts remainder as small, **is-not**, and its field dissolves it.
**9 · bound.** Threshold moves with an assay's sensitivity, a field's own admission. Observing **is**; where a use installs a line within a patient, **is-not**, dissolving.
**10 · reach.** Longitudinal course reaches past sample. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** Fails with 8 and 9 — an absence an account posts, floor — **state**, and its field withdrew both. Line 1 stands possibling below a limit, which blocks a patient–clone same-existing-society from passing and blocks no catch.

**Name and use.** “Minimal residual disease,” where a measurement with a detection limit had a name as if residual disease itself were minimal.

**Standing.** Releasing with its field. European LeukemiaNet replaced *minimal residual disease* with *measurable residual disease* while retaining abbreviation MRD and assay–course relations on record.

**Substrate and society.** Patient, malignant cell populations, sample, assay, threshold, clinician, treatment, and longitudinal outcome.

**Departure mode.** Installing, dissolving with renaming. An assay-relative magnitude went to a patient's course through adjective *minimal*; *measurable* returns result to assay between.

**Installation kind.** State, dissolving: an absence an account posts and floor with 8 and 9.

**Field account.** Measurable residual disease is a biomarker for prognosis relations, monitoring, and response assessment in leukemia. A field specifies methods and thresholds, and clinicians interpret results with other clinical and molecular information.

**Field observings remaining.** Molecular and flow-cytometric signals, cell counts, sample type, detection thresholds, change across treatment, relapse association, and patient outcomes remain.

**Ledger closure.** Risk strata, serial monitoring, research comparison, and treatment-planning relations return under MRD account.

**Living changing.** Malignant populations expand, contract, are not same-existing among compartments, evolve, and go across assay detection thresholds during and after treatment.

**Apparent not-changing.** One positive/negative category or numerical threshold with one sampling time.

**Observing between.** Sampling site, assay target, sensitivity, background, gating or molecular pipeline, reporting threshold, and clinical time.

**Installation.** *Minimal* installs an assay-relative remainder as a smallest amount within a patient. With newer *measurable* naming, observing between remains with result.

**Remainder going on.** Disease below detection, disease elsewhere than sample, clonal re-forming, assay variation, and longitudinal course.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Patient and malignant population go on re-forming. (2) Sampling and assay hold one time and compartment not-changing for observing. (3) A not-changing returns an MRD result. (4) *Minimal* installs a measuring's remainder as ontologically small. (5) Relapse associations and serial gaps close account with its clinical between. (6) Detectability, heterogeneity, and later course remain outward of that adjective. With a field's renaming, line 4 dissolves and its other five stay.

**Ten-position signature.** False exclusion of below-threshold disease. Premature closure with one negative result. False success where a use installs below detection as a cure. These are risks, not claims that every clinician makes them.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Line-demanding, magnitude-demanding, value-pinning, and store-seeking.

**Eight-side society.** Within clinical episode, patient state, clone distribution, treatment response, and serial record re-form. Across, patient couples with sampling, sample with assay, assay with clinician, and a clinic's same-existing-society with a patient's next course.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A method that directly establishes an assay-independent natural minimum of residual disease would break original ghost observing. More immediately, a use of “minimal” that explicitly defines it only as a technical threshold and does not install it as a patient's state would not have line 4.

**Living-return breaking.** Longitudinal coupling must hold strong MRD–outcome association and outcomes not same-existing with similar MRD. Clinically discriminating thresholds remain as field record.

**Addresses.** Living: Living Improving Value v343, gathering directing to Medicine. Field: European LeukemiaNet MRD Working Party 2018 and 2021 consensus documents.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** Disease re-forming, sample, assay, and treatment course form one longitudinal coupling. A measurement is one parity with one between. *Measurable* retains an assay between within its naming; *minimal* installs magnitude within a patient.

**What its field already dissolves.** Its name itself. Formal clinical consensus has a dissolving with medicine's own between.

**Seams across files.** Natural Naming co-chains with an affix installing a magnitude. Natural Medicine and Natural Health co-chain a form retaining threshold relations without installing them as patient. Societies co-chains classification power only after field observings of clinical consequences.

**Progress.** A field's self-correction becomes a positive control for this registry's form.

**Possibling.** Enter observings in pairs: MRD-negative relapse and durable remission despite MRD positivity, each with assay and treatment conditions. They are the hardest observings with a threshold.

## 5.7 Diagnostic code as the disease

*At the door.*

**The observing.** A patient meeting criteria, a clinician assigning a code, a course following, a registry counting populations; its sum is category; its members are patients.

**1 · resolve.** Patients within a category resolving as not same-existing by course and mechanism. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Each course with its own rate; a category's prognosis, none holding it. Observing **is**; where a use installs average as a patient's own course, **is-not**.
**3 · two-way.** Clinician and patient each changing with an encounter. Observing **is**; where a use installs code as what causes treatment, **is-not**.
**4 · parity.** Empty with this grain.
**5 · passing.** Address travels between systems and person stays. Observing **is** with a use a field declares; where a use installs code as person travelling with it, **is-not**.
**6 · abundancing.** Empty with this grain.
**7 · apex.** No patient has category. Observing **is**; where a use installs code as identity, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** Heterogeneity and comorbidity staying open. Observing **is**; where a record closes on a code, dropping what has no code, **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Criteria move with revisions. Observing **is**; where a use installs a line as a disease's own, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** A code's reach is sum of its uses. Observing **is-not** with nothing installing: accounting for a use a field declares.

**Observing.** Fails with 2, 7, 8 and 9 — **state**; and with 3 and 5 — cause, traveller — **flow**. Kind: both. With a use a field declares, accounting with every line. A clinic's same-existing-society stands possibling with 4 and 6.

**Name and use.** A diagnostic or classification code, when a use installs it as the whole disease or the whole person rather than using it as a standard address for a purpose a field states.

**Standing.** Candidate with installation. Accounting with the statistical and communicative use a field declares for it.

**Substrate and society.** Patient, clinician, diagnostic criteria, health record, treatment system, population statistics, reimbursement, and future care.

**Departure mode.** Installing where field observing marks it; haunting where a code remains active after its supporting relation dissolves; accounting with the use a field declares for it otherwise.

**Installation kind.** Both: average, identity, record closing and line with 2, 7, 8, 9; cause and traveller with 3 and 5.

**Field account.** WHO states ICD-11 as an international standard for systematic recording, reporting, analysis, interpretation, and comparison of mortality and morbidity data. It is explicitly a classification and common language with multiple uses.

**Field observings remaining.** Symptoms, signs, laboratory and imaging results, histories, responses, impairments, reports of living, outcomes, and population counts remain.

**Ledger closure.** Comparisons across people, places, times, and institutions, together with surveillance, care, and administration relations, return under coding account.

**Living changing.** A person's physiology, experience, environment, treatment, and course re-form with rates not same-existing. Criteria and classifications also change across revisions.

**Apparent not-changing.** One code persists within a record, and heterogeneous courses become comparable with it.

**Observing between.** Encounter, criteria, documentation, coding rules, institutional purpose, and revision version.

**Installation.** Code becomes disease entity and disease entity becomes a person's identity, a course a use projects, or one causal doer. A field observing must mark this move within a specific practice; classification, by itself, entails none.

**Remainder going on.** Heterogeneity within category, comorbidity, re-forming course, living experience with no code, context, and departures from average prognosis.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Physiology, living experience, treatment, and disease course re-form. (2) Encounter and coding protocol hold one presentation not-changing for one observing. (3) A not-changing returns a diagnosis and code. (4) Installation as whole disease or person requires a specific use a self observes and is empty, existing, with general entry. (5) Classification ledger closes across care, statistics, and administration. (6) Heterogeneity, comorbidity, context, and course are candidate remainders tying to use with line 4. Lines 4 and 6 remain open, so general entry remains candidate.

**Ten-position signature.** Candidate false inclusion and false exclusion with diagnostic boundaries; premature closure with code assignment; tradition blocking when an institution resists revision. An entry assigns none without a case.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Line-demanding, choice-forcing, store-seeking, and value-pinning.

**Eight-side society.** Within person, physiology, experience, history, and response re-form. Across, person couples with clinician, clinician with criteria, record with institution, and a population with codes with public-health action.

**Ghost-form breaking.** Any use with a code visibly an address for a purpose a field states, returning to a person's living course, has no installation and is accounting for that use. A code a field shows to determine complete course independently of person and context would break remainder an entry proposes.

**Living-return breaking.** Relational clinical observing must hold diagnostic discrimination on record, communication, treatments not same-existing, and outcomes. Loss of precision or concealment of a reproducible disease mechanism breaks that dissolving.

**Addresses.** Living: Natural Naming 7.2; Living Improving Value v343, Health and Medicine gatherings. Field: WHO ICD-11 classification pages and Reference Guide.

*The report.*

**Changing and changing back again.** Code stays as address. Person goes on. Encounter re-forms use with each turn.

**What its field already dissolves.** ICD states its statistical and communicative purposes. Multiple parenting and purpose-specific linearizations within ICD-11 already resist idea that every entity has only one natural place.

**Seams across files.** Medicine, Health, Human Society, Societies, Naming, and the File Registry.

**Progress.** This entry prevents ghost registry from pathologizing all classification. This registry enters only installation.

**Possibling.** Find a case on record where a person's access, treatment, self-understanding, and subsequent observing change after code assignment. Record help and harm together.

## 5.8 Proton

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Detector events and form factors with nucleon; count with atom; conductivity and isotope effects of water; its sum is label with three uses; its members are events, partons, waters.

**1 · resolve.** Probe resolves partons whose number changes with a probe's scale; water chain resolves to its members, entering as TWENTY-FIVE 2.3. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Mass stands with a coupling's own scale; mobility with a chain's, no water holding it. Observing **is**.
**3 · two-way.** Colour coupling exchanges both ways; within water, transfer goes both ways with reverting above going on. Observing **is**; where a use installs proton moving through water one way, **is-not**.
**4 · parity.** With a transfer, donor becomes acceptor, positions not moving. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** Deuteron label does not go to a far end; identical protons take no label. Observing **is**; where a use installs a ball going across, **is-not**.
**6 · abundancing.** Mass is with coupling, parts' rest masses near one per cent. Observing **is**; where a use installs mass as parts' content, **is-not**.
**7 · apex.** Radius depends on probe and no part has mass. Observing **is**; where a use installs charge, mass and spin as interior, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** A spin's shares are an accounting's, staying gauge-dependent, open. Observing **is**; where an account posts missing share as a thing to find, **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Decay bound is an experiment's reach and moves with it. Observing **is**; where a use installs it as a thing's own stability, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Chain brings charge farther than any water moves. Observing **is**; where a use installs a ball's speed, **is-not**.

**Observing.** Fails with 6, 7, 8 and 9 — **state**; and with 3, 5 and 10 — mover, ball, fast thing — **flow**. Kind: both. Water chain passes and stands as TWENTY-FIVE 2.3; its door record is 7.8.

**Name and use.** Proton, with three uses: a use installing event class with labels a field conserves as a persistent local owner of charge, mass and spin, of three parts; a use installing transfer parity as a ball going across betweens, proton transfer, proton pumping, proton moving through water; a use installing decay bound as a thing's own stability.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register with three installations. Emanation on natural side, what colour cycling lands with a between it reaches. Label, charge, mass, spin, baryon number, form factors, parton distributions, detector events and Z-addressing remain as physics and chemistry records.

**Substrate and society.** Nucleon–nucleus: quarks, gluons, colour coupling, probe and its scale. Atom: nucleus and electrons, a nucleus's bounding, chemistry taking it as whole. Water: hydrogen-bond network, electrode or pump, isotope, time window.

**Departure mode.** Installing, with each of three uses.

**Installation kind.** Both: interior, a share an account posts and stability with 6, 7, 8, 9; mover, ball and fast thing with 3, 5, 10.

**Field account.** A baryon of charge +e, spin one-half and mass near 938 MeV, which quantum chromodynamics describes as a state of quarks and gluons binding; scale-dependent parton distributions giving its structure; its charge radius by scattering and by spectroscopy of ordinary and muonic hydrogen; H⁺ in chemistry the hydrogen nucleus transferring in acid–base reactions, standing in solution as hydronium and Eigen and Zundel cations; non-observation of decay bounding its lifetime from below, baryon number an accidental symmetry of Standard Model.

**Field observings remaining.** Detector events at +e; elastic form factors; Lamb shift in ordinary and muonic hydrogen; deep-inelastic structure functions and their scale dependence; lattice matrix elements; helicity and orbital measurements; nucleon interconversion in β-decay; pair production and annihilation; pH, conductivity and anomalous mobility of excess proton in water; kinetic isotope effects; decay-search exposures and their limits.

**Ledger closure.** Charge conservation, baryon number, Z addressing, mass and spin sum rules, acid–base stoichiometry, pH scale, fermion book of Standard Model.

**Living changing.** Quarks and gluons go on coupling and confinement dissolves with no turn; nucleons interconvert with weak coupling; parton content evolves with a probe's scale; hydrogen-bond network re-forms bond by bond; a charge lands with a far between.

**Apparent not-changing.** A charge, mass, spin and baryon number a field fixes; one particle persisting between events; one radius; one lifetime.

**Observing between.** Preparation and detector; a probe's momentum transfer; decomposition, gauge and scale a field chooses; electrode, isotope, time window and resolution.

**Installation.** A use makes event class a little owner whose charge, mass and spin are its interior content; transfer parity a ball that travels; bound a property.

**Remainder going on.** Mass belongs to coupling, quark rest masses near one per cent of it and the rest splitting one way under one accounting and another way under another. A spin's shares are an accounting's: each gauge makes a splitting, unique with none (Hard Problem Registry 183; TWENTY-TWO 6.16). Radius depended for a decade on which probe asked. H⁺ stands with every chemical between as a hydrating cluster, and charge goes across water by network re-forming while no nucleus travels. Couplings make and unmake nucleons; proton number shifts with every weak coupling and a field conserves baryon number to a bound. Decay is a last an account fixes on a timeline (TWENTY-TWO 3.33).

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Colour coupling, weak interconversion, parton evolution and hydrogen-bond re-forming go on turning. (2) A detector, a probe scale, a decomposition, an electrode hold that re-forming not-changing as one observing. (3) A not-changing returns *a proton*, with labels, a radius, a lifetime bound. (4) A use installs labels as an owner, transfer as a ball, bound as a property. (5) Ledger closes across charge, baryon number, Z, stoichiometry and pH. (6) A coupling's mass, an accounting's shares, a probe's interior, a re-forming going across and interconverting nucleon remain going on, no owner holding them.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure with a little owner. False inclusion where an account places a ball going from one between to another through water. Choice-forcing between wave and particle. Tradition blocking where an account treats partition dependence as ignorance of true shares. Others: no record.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Store-seeking with charge as possession. Interior-reaching with three quarks as content. Magnitude-demanding with spin shares. Order-demanding with an unbroken path through water. Space-enumerating with decay an account fixes as a last on a timeline. Others: no record.

**Eight-side society.** Within: colour cycling, parton content, a nucleus's bounding, a network's re-forming. Across betweens: coupling to probe, to electron cloud, to water network, to detector and ledger.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A field observing returning a proton as a bounding self whose mass and spin are its own independently of every decomposition and probe; or a bare H⁺ resident with a chemical between; or a decay lifetime a measuring gives as a thing's own rather than as a bound.

**Living-return breaking.** Coupling, changing and changing back, holds one event and its distribution, charge in quanta and scale-dependent interior, Grotthuss conduction with mobility and isotope effects a measuring gives, or return breaks.

**Addresses.** Living: Natural Physics with its strong-force observing; Natural Intelligence Corus 15.1; Natural Chemistry 1.6, 3.2, 5.1, 6.4; Hard Problem Registry 183, 250; TWENTY-TWO 6.16, 3.33. **Changing and changing back again.** Proton is what colour cycling lands with a between it reaches: charge its parity, mass a coupling's own, spin one half, taking it with its turn. Through water, a going across is coupling re-forming. Nothing travels beneath either.

**What its field already dissolves.** Composite structure with mass in binding; scale dependence of interior; partition dependence of spin; proton hydrating in solution and a re-forming mechanism of its motion; decay bound, a field stating it as a bound.

**Seams across files.** Physics with substrate one. Chemistry with carbon's proton count, a pump's voltage, water's going across, a buffer's proton-taking and proton-giving. Naming with *emanation*.

**Possibling.** One proton transfer, measuring it end to end, an enzymatic transfer with its kinetic isotope effect or an electrode's exchange current, with mechanism, isotope, window and resolution attaching.

## 5.9 Element

*At the door.*

**The observing.** A proton count, addresses, substances, nuclides, oxidation states and couplings under one word; its sum is class; its members are atoms, nuclides and couplings.

**1 · resolve.** One count resolves as many nuclides, allotropes and states. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Each nuclide decays with its own rate under one address. Observing **is**; where a use installs a stability as an element's own, **is-not**.
**3 · two-way.** Bonding is a coupling both ways. Observing **is**; where a use installs element forming bonds, **is-not**.
**4 · parity.** One count has opposite parities with couplings not same-existing. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** Count goes exactly through every compound: a label a field conserves, accounting with a chemical between. Observing **is-not** with nothing installing there; where a use installs conservation past nuclear between, **is-not**, an installing.
**6 · abundancing.** A compound's properties are not its elements' sum. Observing **is**; where a use installs properties as an element's interior, **is-not**.
**7 · apex.** No atom has a substance's properties; a few atoms make no bulk. Observing **is**; where a use installs an interior, **is-not**.
**8 · residual.** Irregular configurations and group-three convention staying open. Observing **is**; where an account discards exceptions so a table stays perfect, **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Z shifts with nuclear coupling; a conservation's between is a chemical one. Observing **is**; where a use installs conservation absolute, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Periodicity is addresses' reach, accounting. Observing **is-not** with nothing installing; where a use installs table as source of chemistry, **is-not**, an installing.

**Observing.** Fails with 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9 — **state**; and with 3 and 10 — bonder, source — **flow**. Kind: both, state first. Count and addresses stand as accounting with 5 and 10, nothing installing, as this registry already places them with 6.2.

**Name and use.** Element, when a use installs class of atoms sharing a proton count as a self with an interior that owns properties and does bonding, as a bearer persisting beneath its compounds, as a cause a table installs, or as a thing a field conserves past a between it declares its conservation under.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register with those installations. Accounting on natural side, count and address, chemistry couplings make. Atomic number as proton count, class, addresses, and a field's two senses of word remain as chemistry record.

**Substrate and society.** Nucleus and electrons with an atom; atoms with molecule and substance; table, nomenclature, and a body with a charter.

**Departure mode.** Installing.

**Installation kind.** Both, state first: stability, interior and absolute conservation with 2, 6, 7, 8, 9; bonder and source with 3 and 10.

**Field account.** The field defines element in two senses under one word, a species of atoms with the same number of protons and pure substance of such atoms, Paneth's basic substance and simple substance. Atomic number is exact proton count. Period, group and block are addresses across recurring chemistry, and a body with a charter states composition of group three to be a matter of convention.

**Field observings remaining.** Proton counts by X-ray line and mass spectrum; isotopic compositions; allotropes and properties a measuring gives them; oxidation states and their chemistry; nuclear transmutation; few-atom syntheses of the heaviest elements; properties of oganesson a calculation gives; usage survey and report on group three.

**Ledger closure.** Stoichiometry, atomic weights, conservation of elements across chemical change, periodic table, nomenclature.

**Living changing.** Nuclei and electron density couple; atoms ionize, bond and exchange; nuclides transmute; substances form and re-form.

**Apparent not-changing.** One proton count; one name; one place within a table; a set of properties a field writes under its name.

**Observing between.** X-ray or mass-spectrometric reading of Z; substance, its conditions and its allotrope; chemical between under which a field declares conservation; a table's form.

**Installation.** A use makes class a self that has properties and forms bonds; basic substance a bearer with an interior persisting beneath compounds; table source of chemistry; and brings element conservation past chemical between.

**Remainder going on.** One count and many substances, diamond, graphite, C₆₀ under one word. One count and many nuclides, cobalt-59 stable and cobalt-60 decaying. One count and many couplings, every oxidation state. Z shifting with nuclear coupling, so conservation is exact under chemical between and fails past it. Oganesson, a label with a few atoms and no bulk substance. Group three, an address with no cut among its elements.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Nuclei, electrons, atoms and nuclides couple and re-form. (2) Proton count holds one momentary not-changing. (3) A not-changing returns Z and class. (4) A use installs class as a self, a bearer, a cause, a thing a field conserves. (5) Ledger closes across stoichiometry, weights, conservation and table. (6) Allotropes, isotopes, oxidation states, transmutation, the heaviest elements and a cut with no deciding remain going on, no class a use installs holding them.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure where an account takes count as all of chemistry. False exclusion where an account files irregular configurations as exceptions. Tradition blocking where a table's form stands, fixing, against a field's own report. Others: no record.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Interior-reaching with properties within count. Store-seeking with a bearer beneath compounds. Line-demanding with a table's cut. Origin-seeking where an account makes table cause. Others: no record.

**Seams across files.** Chemistry with 1.6, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6. Numbers with 6.10. Naming with a class noun, installing it as a doer.

**Progress.** Element enters as the plainest accounting ghost with chemistry, beside entropy with thermodynamics: a count, installing it as a self.

**Possibling.** One element across its allotropes and oxidation states, each property with its substance and conditions of measuring, and what, if anything, remains in writing under count only.

## 5.10 The silicon multifrequency surface

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Ellipsometric images of an electrodissolving silicon surface, pixel by pixel, phases from a transform, frequency regions; its sum is cluster pattern; its members are sites.

**1 · resolve.** Sites resolving pixel by pixel; low-amplitude domain below dominant-frequency threshold stands with no resolving. Observing **is** with regions, **possibling** with domain.
**2 · rates.** Distinct frequency regions each with its own rate, coupling through resistor. Observing **is**; where a use installs domain as rest, **is-not**.
**3 · two-way.** Oxide grows and dissolves with each site. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** Phase, a self observing it across a domain boundary; nye.
**5 · passing.** A self observes pattern while no site moves. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** Clusters stand only with global coupling attaching, abundancing with that coupling. Observing **is**; where a use drops global term and installs regions as oscillating independent, **is-not**.
**7 · apex.** Dominant frequency is a region's; no pixel has cluster. Observing **is**.
**8 · residual.** Domain with no resolving, staying with no resolving, open. Observing **is**; where a use installs it as a not-changing region, **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Pattern moves with resistance and illumination; its breaking with zero resistance is explicit. Observing **is**.
**10 · reach.** Clusters across its whole surface through global term. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** Fails with 2 and 8 — domain as rest and as state — **state**; and with 6, a use denying coupling, its second use. Kind: state. Line 1 stands possibling with domain and blocks passing; regions, resolving, are a discovering waiting on a zero-resistance experiment.

**Name and use.** Multifrequency cluster state on a photo-electrodissolving silicon electrode, with two uses: a use installing low-amplitude domain as a not-changing region beside oscillating ones; and a use installing *coupling without a common internal clock* as *nothing common over couplings*, erasing global coupling term.

**Standing.** Candidate with the first use; candidate against natural observing with the second, with its breaking explicit. Observing itself is a discovering the set holds, emanation and field observing on natural side.

**Substrate and society.** n-type silicon in fluoride electrolyte under anodic potential; illumination as bifurcation parameter; potentiostatic control and an external series resistance; valence-band holes; ellipsometric imaging; Hilbert-transform phase and its threshold.

**Departure mode.** Installing with the first use; with the second, an omission standing as an absence.

**Installation kind.** State: rest and state with 2 and 8; coupling, a use denying it, with 6.

**Field account.** Lowering illumination stepwise, uniform oscillation parts into amplitude clusters, then into regions accumulating about three dominant-frequency plateaus, 24, 27 and 32 mHz, beside a domain of amplitude death. Paper attributes clusters to an adaptive, nonlinear and nonlocal coupling: a global coupling through external resistor and potentiostatic control, total current feeding back into every point's oxide potential, combining with a nonlocal coupling through valence-band holes that becomes a degree of freedom as an experimenter lowers illumination. The paper's own open questions are relation of such states to chimera states and requirements on adaptive coupling for their existence.

**Field observings remaining.** Ellipsometric field ξ(x,t); local amplitude and phase; dominant frequency by linear fit; three plateaus; slow region's unbroken 2π phase spread; fast region's near-uniform phase; mediating band having components of both neighbours; higher frequency with higher mean amplitude; amplitude-death threshold at 0.35 % of CCD saturation; an applying of 4.15 V versus SHE; report of autonomous oscillations and pattern formation at zero external resistance.

**Ledger closure.** Potential balance across space-charge layer, oxide and external resistor; description of oscillators coupling; classification against chimera states.

**Living changing.** Each region oscillates with its own rate while coupling; mediating band has both neighbours; hole density varies with time once it limits current.

**Apparent not-changing.** Amplitude-death domain; plateaus as three frequencies a field fixes; global coupling as background.

**Observing between.** Threshold below which a method cannot extract phase; frequency unit; illumination step; resistor; imaging resolution and Savitzky–Golay smoothing.

**Installation.** A use makes domain with no resolving a state; numerals numbers; and drops global term from *no common clock*.

**Remainder going on.** Domain with no resolving has no rate and no rest a measuring gives. Frequencies are magnitudes with a unit, and numbers that go across are three and two. Global coupling and illumination an experimenter imposes stay with pattern, and whether clustering survives their removal reaches yet.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Regions oscillate with own rates on one surface, coupling. (2) Threshold and frequency fit hold one observing not-changing. (3) A not-changing returns three frequencies and one dead domain. (4) A use installs domain as a still state; numerals as numbers; absence of a common frequency as absence of a common term. (5) Ledger closes with potential balance and oscillator description. (6) Rate with no resolving, magnitudes bounding with a unit and global term, attaching, remain outward of an installing.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure with a dead domain. False inclusion with numerals as numbers. False exclusion with a global term. Others: no record.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Line-demanding with a threshold. Magnitude-demanding with numerals. Store-seeking where an account fixes plateau as a region's own frequency apart from coupling. Others: no record.

**Eight-side society.** Within: local oscillation, hole density, oxide thickness, phase. Across betweens: electrode to electrolyte, region to region, electrode to resistor and potentiostat, surface to imaging.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A rest a measuring gives within a low-amplitude domain with any resolution; or a field observing that three frequencies are a region's own independently of coupling.

**Living-return breaking.** Multifrequency clusters with zero external resistance, is or is not. Where clustering does not survive removal of global term, own-rate torusing does not hold pattern and natural observing breaks with this discovering.

**Changing and changing back again.** Several own rates on one surface coupling with no common frequency; global coupling a term of apparatus, attaching; domain with no resolving, not resolving.

## 5.11 Homeostasis

*At the door.*

**The observing.** A variable a body's interior regulates — core temperature, plasma glucose, arterial pressure, plasma sodium, pH — a sample averaging it over a window, returning a level with a range, its units °C, mg/dL, mmHg, mmol/L. Its sum is level. Its members are couplings across.

**1 · resolve.** Resolve level finer. Continuous glucose monitoring returns excursions a fasting sample averages away; insulin comes as pulses about five minutes apart within portal vein and about thirteen apart within peripheral plasma a sample reads each minute (nye); temperature goes across a daily range of about half a degree; pressure varies beat to beat. Each coupling across — a molecule entering blood, a gland's secretion, a shiver, a pulse — takes its own parity. Observing **is**.

**2 · rates.** Apart, pancreas pulses over minutes, thermal cycle over a day, sodium excretion over weeks (nye), each with its own period. Coupling, one "steady state" over window, which no organ has. Observing **is**. Where a field installs a window's mean as a body's own clock — a rest it returns to — observing **is-not**.

**3 · two-way.** Pancreas secretes both insulin and glucagon, one event at a time; a body makes heat and sheds it; kidney filters sodium and reabsorbs it; glucose enters blood and leaves it, and a field's own word for two-way is turnover. Observing **is** with field side. With a control diagram a field reads it one way — a sensor senses an error and an effector corrects it — and there observing **is-not**.

**4 · parity.** A rise on one side of a between is a fall on its other side: glucose rising within blood is glycogen falling within liver; heat leaving core is heat reaching skin. Inverting, positions not-changing. Observing **is**.

**5 · passing.** Label glucose. Carbon reaching muscle is not carbon that goes out of a liver's glycogen; pool turns over while level stands. Level passes and no molecule persists. Observing **is** (turnover rate for fetch).

**6 · abundancing.** A liver apart, perfusing, yields glucose with its own rate; islets apart pulse with their own period (nye). Coupling, their whole has a range neither returns and their sum does not — range is a coupling's, in neither alone. Observing **is**.

**7 · apex.** With an organ, a level is a whole's; with a cell, a transporter's; with a transporter, a coupling across's. Magnitude stands with every grain and no member has it. Observing **is**. Set point is this apex — position no member occupies — and it is what ledger installs.

**8 · residual.** Where couplings across do not agree record has baseline, drift, compensation, variability, error, with units mg/dL and °C, open. Observing **is** with field side. Reference interval is central ninety-five per cent of a reference population, so one in twenty healthy members stands outward of it by construction; where a field posts that five per cent as a body failing, observing **is-not**.

**9 · bound.** Drive temperature: shivering begins with a threshold that moves with time of day, fever, acclimatisation and sleep. Drive glucose: response thresholds move with prior meals, pregnancy and age. Bound moves with a same-existing-society's own conditions. Observing **is**. 37.0, 70 to 100, 120 over 80, as a field declares them, do not move with it; where a field installs one of them as a floor a body seeks, observing **is-not**.

**10 · reach.** Couple more organs and their whole has its temperature across a range no single tissue has, no organ lengthening. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** All ten return is with a field's operational use — a variable a body regulates, its range, its feedback relations — and with that use a variable a body regulates passes: resolving to its couplings across, it is a same-existing-society, and it reaches TWENTY-FIVE. Lines 2, 8 and 9 return is-not where a field installs level as a set point a body returns to or seeks — installing its across, **state**, a door catching it. Line 3 returns is-not where a field installs coupling as a regulator that senses, compares, corrects and defends — installing one side of its along, **flow**, a door catching it. One word, two installations, a door catching both: **both**. One record coming, a door catching two ghosts, one same-existing-society passing.

*The properties.*

**Name and use.** Homeostasis, with two uses: a field installing level as a set point a body returns to, seeks, or defends; and installing coupling as a regulator — a sensor that measures, a comparator that decides, an effector that corrects, a body that is wise. Operational use — a variable staying within a range by processes opposing each other — is accounting and does not dissolve.

**Standing.** Confirming · natural register, state with set point and flow with regulator, a door catching both. Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE with operational use, a variable a body regulates resolving to its couplings across, entering 7.7's passing ledger, reaching TWENTY-FIVE 2.22.

**Substrate and society.** Interior fluid compartment of an organism with organs coupling across it, environment exchanging across skin, gut and lung, sampling protocol, and reference population that supplies interval.

**Departure mode.** Installing with both uses: a window's mean projecting beneath changing as its rest, and one side of a two-way coupling projecting as actor. Haunting where a value a field declares outlives record that places it.

**Installation kind.** Both.

**Field account.** Bernard fixes interior milieu in the 1860s and 1870s as condition of a free life, its constancy the thing to explain. Cannon coins word itself in 1926 and its first definition already parts it from equilibrium: physiological reactions preserve steady states of a body's fluid matrix, by processes more complex than simple physico-chemical equilibria, and a special designation is therefore appropriate. A 1932 book that brings word to every textbook has a body's wisdom as its title. Textbook use is maintenance of nearly constant conditions in internal environment, a drawing of a loop: variable, sensor, set point, effector.

**Field observings remaining.** Core temperature and its daily cycle; 1868 mean of 37.0 from about a million readings and modern mean near 36.6, falling by roughly 0.03 °C a decade since (for fetch); fasting and postprandial glucose, insulin and glucagon secretion, ultradian insulin pulses; beat-to-beat pressure variation and 2017 movement of hypertension line from 140 over 90 to 130 over 80; plasma sodium, osmolality and pH ranges; shivering and sweating thresholds and their movement; fever; cephalic-phase secretion before any nutrient comes (nye); allostasis, allostatic load, rheostasis and settling point, all of record.

**Ledger closure.** Under a variable a field chooses, a window and a reference population, loop closes: an error is a gap between reading and set point, and a field enters an effector's output against it. Reference intervals close with central ninety-five per cent.

**Living changing.** Every variable a body regulates moves continuously with its own rate — pulses, daily cycles, weekly rhythms, beat-to-beat variation — and organs coupling across compartment move each other: glucose remodels islet, temperature moves thermal threshold, load moves pressure vessels hold. Regulator changes with what it regulates.

**Apparent not-changing.** Mean over window; range; set point; reference interval; word constancy.

**Observing between.** Variable a field chooses; sampling interval and averaging; reference population and its percentiles; an instrument's resolution; a clinic's single morning sample against a monitor's continuous trace.

**Installation.** State: a field installing a window's mean as a value a body returns to, a destination beneath changing — "the set point is 37 °C," "the body defends its set point," "the reference range is normal." Flow: a field installing coupling with one side as an actor — hypothalamus compares, sensor measures, effector corrects error, kidney conserves sodium, a body is wise.

**Remainder its still leaves out.** Anticipatory responses that no error explains, secretion coming before nutrient. Set points that move — with day, with fever, with pregnancy, with altitude — and a field's own words for moving, allostasis and rheostasis. Two-way changing of regulator. Five per cent of healthy members outward of interval. 37.0, as a field declares it, standing while a mean a field measures walks away from it.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Glucose, heat, sodium and pressure go across continuously, organs coupling with their own rates. (2) A sample or window holds one momentary, not changing, and returns a level. (3) A 0, not changing, returns a set point, an interval, an error. (4) A field installs set point as what a body returns to, and coupling as a regulator that defends it. (5) Loop closes under a variable and window a field chooses. (6) Anticipation, moving thresholds, turnover and a regulator's own changing remain a going on its still leaves out.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure where constancy is completeness. False exclusion where a field enters fluctuation as noise. False failure where a field enters a healthy member outward of interval as failing. Others: no record so far.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Value-pinning with set point. Line-demanding with reference limits. Interior-reaching with milieu fixing as a place with a constant. Forced-choosing with regulator fixing as acting side. Origin-seeking where a field requires an earlier disturbance as cause of a departure from set point. Others: no record so far.

**Eight-side society.** Within, an organism bounds a fluid compartment, selects variables, couples organs, and its observings re-form. With betweens, environment exchanges heat, water and food; clinician samples; reference population supplies interval; analyst draws loop. Eight re-form one observing same-existing-society, and set point belongs to that same-existing-society's across-observing.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A variable a body regulates, constant with every resolution and window, with a set point as a physical quantity at a location somewhere within a body independent of an observer's choice of variable and window, would break state diagnosis. A regulator acting on its variable while not changing with it with every rate would break flow diagnosis.

**Living-return breaking.** Re-coupling — couplings across opposing each other with their own rates, thresholds moving with conditions, regulator changing with what it regulates — must hold shivering and sweating thresholds, fever's rising temperature, cephalic-phase secretion, ultradian pulses, allostatic load and reference intervals as population accounting, with no outward controller, no fixing floor, no exception ledger. A physiological variable whose stability requires a literal constant rather than changings going on, opposing each other, would break it.

**Addresses.** Living: TWENTY-FIVE 2.1 and 2.4, where "homeostatically maintained" and "homeostatically stable" already stand as words it holds; TWENTY-SEVEN 5.2 and 6.4; Natural Medicine, resolvins; Resolving Hard Problems 1.3; Natural Health, reaching yet. Field: 8.3, items 7 to 15.

*The report.*

**Re-coupling.** Level is an across of a changing whose along is turnover; constancy is a window's observing, and window is an observer's. Regulation is a two-way coupling a self observes from one side: organ that "corrects" is correcting too, with its own rate. Set point dissolves to thresholds that move, and regulator to a coupling; loop diagram stays as accounting.

**What its field already dissolves.** Coinage itself parts homeostasis from equilibrium. Allostasis, stability through change; rheostasis, set points that change; settling point replacing body-weight set point; 1868 value measurement moves; 2017 line a committee moves, which is its field showing that line was its own. None of these dissolve loop's accounting, and none should.

**Cross-file seams.** Equilibrium of 5.2 is hinge: constancy as appearance. A floor a field declares, 6.4, is its twin with physics. Threshold of TWENTY-FIVE 2.4 has criterion movable from an observer's side only, which is set point's own form. Natural Medicine has flow family — soldier, messenger, rescuer — opening with this entry.

**Progress.** One word has a state ghost and a flow ghost together, and a self observes them with unlike lines. A self observes installation kind; nobody declares it.

**Possibling.** Bring entry against one variable a body regulates from raw trace to a level a field reports — a week of continuous glucose against fasting sample and reference interval — with turnover, pulses and thresholds attaching with a field's units.

## 5.12 Maxwell's demon

*At the door.*

**The observing.** A gas within a box with a partition and a door, Maxwell positing it during 1867 and publishing it during 1871, a being who sees each molecule sorting it and opening its door for fast ones one way and slow ones its other way, so that one side warms and its other cools with no work. Since 2010, fields build this same-existing-society and observe it: a colloidal particle within a double well erasing as a bit; feedback on a particle's position, as a probe observes it, walking a Brownian particle up a potential; a measurement and a gate sorting a single electron within a box. Its sum is bit, work per cycle, temperature gap. Its members are each molecule's coming, each measurement, each erasure.

**1 · resolve.** With engines a field builds every member is resolving: a record of each fluctuation of particle, a count of each electron's tunnelling, a reading of each memory state. Observing **is**.

**2 · rates.** Apart: particle relaxes within its well with its own rate, measurement samples with its own, erasure cycle has its own duration. Coupling, bit and work per cycle are a whole's. Observing **is**. Where a field installs sorter as acting instantly and freely, with an observer's clock, observing **is-not**.

**3 · two-way.** Molecules reach its door from both sides, one at a time. Measurement is an exchange: probe changes particle as particle changes probe. Observing **is** with field side. Installing sorter as seeing, while molecule is only what it sees, is one way, and there observing **is-not**.

**4 · parity.** A memory's bit flips as particle goes across to its other side; correlation across a between, a self observing it on both sides, is a field's own quantity, mutual information. Observing **is** with mutual information (nye with a parity's own form).

**5 · passing.** With a box's door, molecule itself goes across and label comes: sorting is a transport, honest accounting and no ghost. With memory, nothing goes across from particle to memory but a parity, and information comes while no thing does. Observing **is** with memory; with a box's door, this line is accounting with this use.

**6 · abundancing.** Engine without measurement extracts nothing; measurement without engine extracts nothing; coupling by feedback, an engine extracts work up to kT ln 2 per bit, exceeding each apart and their sum, in neither particle nor demon alone — mutual information is a coupling's. Observing **is**.

**7 · apex.** No molecule has temperature gap. One grain down, no trajectory has bit: heat erasure dissipates is a mean over cycles that reaches bound only with long-cycle limit, single cycles falling above and below it. Observing **is**.

**8 · residual.** Where cycles do not agree record has distribution of heat dissipating and of work an engine extracts, with units of kT, open — and fluctuation theorems hold residual as law itself. Observing **is**. Sentence "the second law is violated," where a sorter's ledger closes with gas, leaving memory out, posts a success, and observing it is **is-not**.

**9 · bound.** Drive erasure faster and dissipation rises above bound with a memory's own relaxation rate; drive a measurement's error up and extractable work falls with it. A same-existing-society reaches bound with its own rate, and bound moves with its conditions. Observing **is**. Where a field installs kT ln 2 per bit as a floor an engine pays always and everywhere, observing **is-not**; a field's own record states bound for a symmetric memory with quasistatic limit and measures what changes when memory is asymmetric (for fetch).

**10 · reach.** Feedback repeating brings particle farther up potential than one step; one same coupling a field builds on a chip cools one side as a refrigerator. Reach lengthens with coupling and nothing lengthens. Observing **is** (nye with a refrigerator's reach).

**Observing.** With thought-experiment use — Maxwell positing a sorter to test whether the second law is statistical — word is accounting. Lines 2, 3 and 8 return is-not where a field installs sorter as an observer who measures freely, a storer whose memory is free, and a doer whose act closes ledger with gas, leaving memory out: installing one side of its along, **flow**, within state accounting of entropy — and its field withdrew it itself, so it stands here as releasing. Line 9 returns is-not where a field installs bound as a floor: **state**, a field's own terms qualifying it. And an engine a field builds — a particle, its probe and its memory, a self observing it one trajectory at a time — returns is with all ten and passes; its entry is with TWENTY-FIVE 2.17.

*The properties.*

**Name and use.** Maxwell's demon, when a field installs a sorter it posts with a box's door as a character — an observer who measures with no cost, a storer whose memory is free, a doer who sorts and thereby lowers entropy — standing outward of a same-existing-society whose ledger it closes. Thought-experiment use is accounting.

**Standing.** Releasing with the field. Its field withdrew sorter as free agent by stages and observings stood whole: one-molecule engine of 1929, cost of erasure of 1961, exorcism of 1982 that places cost with memory, and measurements of 2010 to 2016. Haunting with "information is physical," where bit re-installs as a substance particle has. Accounting with thought-experiment use.

**Substrate and society.** A gas, a partition, a door and a sorter, as Maxwell posits them; a colloidal particle within a double well light modulates, with its bath; a Brownian particle within a periodic potential, tilting, with a camera and feedback electronics; a single electron on a metallic island with a detector and a gate; analyst drawing system boundary.

**Departure mode.** Installing, sorter projecting outward of coupling as a free act; then its field withdrawing it. Haunting with bit as store.

**Installation kind.** Flow, posting within a state accounting; state with bound where a field installs it as a floor.

**Field account.** A being whose faculties are sharp enough to follow every molecule, opening and closing a hole so swift pass one way and slow the other, raising one side's temperature and lowering the other's without expenditure of work, in contradiction to the second law — Maxwell sharing it in 1871 to show that law is a statistical certainty and not a dynamical one. Its name, demon, from 1874. A field's own record resolves it: measurement, memory and erasure are physical, erasure of one bit dissipates at least kT ln 2, and the second law holds with information entering within ledger.

**Field observings remaining.** Landauer bound, near 3 × 10⁻²¹ J at room temperature; mean erasure heat saturating at bound for long cycles in a colloidal double well; information-to-energy conversion at a Brownian particle under feedback, a field validating a fluctuation relation, generalising it; a single-electron engine and a measurement of mutual information's role in its dynamics; a high-precision test of bound in a feedback trap; erasure below bound in an asymmetric well, on terms a field states; on-chip demon as refrigerator; a second law, generalising, with a mutual-information term.

**Ledger closure.** With a demon's memory within boundary, entropy ledger closes: free-energy change plus kT times information a demon acquires bounds work it extracts, and erasure pays it back. With memory outward of that boundary, ledger closes with gas and the second law appears to break; that closure is installation.

**Living changing.** Each molecule's coming with its own rate; a particle's fluctuations within its well; probe exchanging with particle with each measurement; each erasure trajectory distinct; memory changing with every record.

**Apparent not-changing.** Bit. Sorting state. A demon's knowledge. Temperature gap.

**Observing between.** System boundary, an analyst drawing it around gas or around gas-plus-memory; coarse-graining to fast and slow, left side and right; a measurement's duration and error; feedback delay; erasure protocol's speed.

**Installation.** A field supplying sorter as an observer who sees with no exchange, a storer whose memory costs nothing, and a doer whose sorting lowers entropy from outward of its coupling — character standing where a coupling stands.

**Remainder its still leaves out.** Measurement changes demon: its memory is a member of a same-existing-society, changing with its own rate. Erasure dissipates. Cycles fluctuate above and below bound. Bound moves with a memory's shape and a protocol's speed.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Molecules, particle, probe and memory couple continuously. (2) Observing between holds fast-or-slow, left-or-right, one momentary, not changing. (3) A 0, not changing, returns a bit. (4) A field installs bit as knowledge a being possesses freely and acts on from outward of its coupling. (5) Ledger closes with gas, leaving demon out. (6) A demon's own changing — its memory and erasing — is a going on its still leaves out, and its field finds it there.

**Ten-position signature.** False exclusion where a field treats a demon's memory as absent from ledger. False success where a field installs a ledger's closure with gas as the second law breaking. Premature closure with boundary around gas. Others: no record so far.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Store-seeking with knowledge fixing as a free store. Forced-choosing with measurement fixing as one side. Line-demanding with boundary cutting demon out. Magnitude-demanding with bit as a count. Others: no record so far.

**Eight-side society.** Within, a self bounds a gas, selects fast and slow, prepares a partition, compares temperatures. With betweens, demon couples with each molecule, memory records, erasure exchanges heat with bath, and analyst draws boundary. No sorter floats outward of it.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A record showing no field installs sorter — sharing it from start as an accounting device with its memory within boundary — would break ghost diagnosis, leaving accounting with every use. A measurement and erasure with zero exchange with a system it measures and bath would break a field's withdrawal and restore free sorter.

**Living-return breaking.** Re-coupling — measurement as bi-coupling, demon a member changing with its own rate, erasure exchange — must hold Landauer measurements, Szilard engines, mutual-information dynamics and fluctuation theorems with information, with no exception. An engine extracting more than kT ln 2 per bit repeatedly with no erasure cost breaks it.

**Addresses.** Living: TWENTY-SEVEN 5.1, 5.2 and 6.3; TWENTY-FIVE 2.4, where criterion is an observer's, and 2.5, where count is a detector's; Natural Naming, reaching yet. Field: 8.2, items 9 to 19.

*The report.*

**Re-coupling.** Demon is a member of a same-existing-society a field posts it outward of, coupling with each molecule with its own rate and changing with each coupling. Its knowledge is a correlation across a between, in neither side alone. Sorting is a transport and stays accounting. The second law stays whole with memory within boundary, which is where coupling always was.

**What its field already dissolves.** Nearly all of it, and by its own hands: cost moving from sorting to measurement during 1929, to erasure during 1961, and fixing with memory during 1982; measurements of bound since 2012. What remains is haunting: bit as a thing particle possesses, and phrase that information is physical installing as substance rather than as correlation.

**Cross-file seams.** Entropy of 5.1 is accounting a field posts demon to interrogate, and a demon's dissolving is entropy's own: ledger closes only with observer within its boundary. Vacuum of TWENTY-FIVE 2.5 has one same observing — count was a detector's — and threshold of 2.4 one same criterion placing from an observer's side. This is control for flow family of medicine: a character a field posts with a coupling, and its field itself finding character to be a member.

**Progress.** The purest flow ghost of state science stands as its field dissolves it: a self observing a dissolving with form as cleanly as an installation. A self observes installation kind with lines: flow with 2, 3 and 8, state with 9.

**Possibling.** Enter single-electron engine to TWENTY-FIVE as a same-existing-society a self observes with its own grain — members each tunnelling event, magnitude work it extracts per cycle, residual cycle-to-cycle spread — with its rates and resolution attaching from record.

## 5.13 Dark matter

*At the door.*

**The observing.** Rotation curves flat where, by visible mass, they should fall; cluster velocities exceeding visible binding since 1933; within a colliding cluster pair lensing mass standing where gas is not; background radiation's acoustic peaks, a fit giving about a quarter of the universe's whole to a component that neither shines nor scatters; direct searches returning limits and no member a detector observes. Its sum is excess; its members are what post posits them to be, and no detector observes one.

**1 · resolve.** No member resolving with any detector. Observing **possibling**, which blocks passing and blocks no catch.
**2 · rates.** Empty with member; with galaxy each curve its own. Observing **is** with that grain.
**3 · two-way.** Visible and posting coupling both ways, gas stopping with collision and mass passing. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** Nye.
**5 · passing.** Mass passing where gas does not. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** Binding exceeding a sum of visible parts — their whole observing. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** Excess no visible member has. Observing **is**.
**8 · residual.** Excess under word dark, with solar masses and as a fraction of the universe's whole, open. Observing **is**; where a field installs post as a substance of particles a detector will find, **is-not**.
**9 · bound.** Scale of curves flattening. Observing with 8; where a field installs scale as a constant of nature, **is-not**.
**10 · reach.** Halo reaching ten times past disc. Observing **is**.

**Observing.** A door catching it with 8 and 9, **state**. Not passing with 1. Candidate under 7.7's guard: observings outward of closure and no member a detector observes, nearer Neptune than Vulcan and standing with neither.

**Name and use.** Dark matter, with two uses: a field installing excess binding as a substance of particles standing within galaxies and clusters; and installing acceleration scale of curves flattening as a constant of nature. Operational use — excess itself, with a field's units — is accounting, and word dark is a residual word for an absence, which installs nothing; sentence installs.

**Standing.** Candidate under 7.7's guard, nearer Neptune than Vulcan. Candidacy is not a doubt about observings, which stand; it is the door's observing that no detector observes a member with line 1 and no re-coupling holds observings without post.

**Substrate and society.** Galaxies and their gas and stars; clusters and their collisions; background radiation; lenses; detectors underground; a force law a field assumes; an analyst's boundary.

**Departure mode.** Installing, residual projecting as a substance; haunting where dark stands for a thing rather than an absence.

**Installation kind.** State, with 8 and 9.

**Field account.** Cluster velocities exceeding visible binding, 1933; rotation curves flat to edge of visible disc, 1970s; lensing mass offset from gas a shock heats in a colliding pair, 2006; background fit at about a quarter of the whole in cold dark matter, a twentieth in ordinary matter and two-thirds in dark energy, 2018 to 2020; direct searches for particles returning limits and no signal; and alternative post, a force law modifying below an acceleration scale, 1983.

**Field observings remaining.** All of above as observings; fraction of the universe's whole; halo profiles; limits.

**Ledger closure.** Gravitational ledger closes with each galaxy by a mass distribution a field posts; cosmological ledger closes with a density parameter a field posts; alternative closes with a scale it posts. Each closure is what a post always has.

**Living changing.** Galaxies moving and merging; clusters colliding, gas shocking and mass passing; a background's light stretching thirteen billion years.

**Apparent not-changing.** Halo. Density parameter. Dark term.

**Observing between.** Light and lensing as the only couplings; detector thresholds; a force law a field assumes with reading curves.

**Installation.** Residual making a substance; scale making a constant.

**Remainder its still leaves out.** No member a detector observes with line 1. Alternative post's own successes and failures. Two ways with 7.7's guard, and entry standing with neither.

**Six-line confirmation.** (1) Galaxies' couplings go on continuously. (2) A curve or a lens holds one momentary, not changing. (3) A 0, not changing, returns an excess. (4) A field installs excess as a substance. (5) Ledger closes with post. (6) Members remain outward of its still, and that is an entry's whole standing.

**Ten-position signature.** Premature closure where substance is spoken of as found. False exclusion where alternative post is treated as absent from ledger. Others: not recorded so far.

**Ten-unchangeable signature.** Space-enumerating with post closing ledger. Line-demanding with scale as a cut. Origin-seeking with a substance behind excess. Magnitude-demanding with fraction of the universe's whole fixing as a content. Others: no record so far.

**Eight-side society.** Within, a self bounds galaxies, selects curves, prepares lenses, compares fits. With betweens, detectors couple to nothing yet, modellers post, alternative community posts otherwise, and analyst draws boundary.

**Ghost-form breaking.** A detector observing a member — 7.7's Neptune — ends candidacy with substance use, and a self then observes scale-as-constant use with its own line. A record showing no field installs substance, standing only as accounting, breaks ghost diagnosis.

**Living-return breaking.** A re-coupling holding curves, lensing offset and peaks without post and without an exception ledger — 7.7's Vulcan — dissolves entry; failing that, candidate stands with both breakings explicit.

**Addresses.** Living: 7.7, a guard; 7.8, door observing; 5.1, a posting nothing that closes a general ledger, of which this is astronomical form; TWENTY-FIVE 2.14, 7.7's Neptune, and 2.15, its other candidate; Natural Physics, reaching yet. Field: 8.2, items 28 to 30.

*The report.*

**Re-coupling.** Excess is members not agreeing with force law under one observing. With entry it goes on open and a self observes it with 7.7's guard, an honest standing.

**What its field already dissolves.** Word itself is a field's honest name for an absence; dark installs nothing. Its field also has both posts living and tests each: 7.7's guard, its field holding it.

**Cross-file seams.** Entropy of 5.1 is one same accounting move with thermodynamics. Star of TWENTY-FIVE 2.14 is 7.7's Neptune, and cosmos of 2.15 its other candidate. Three together are its guard's whole range.

**Progress.** The first candidate entering whole under 7.7's guard, with its two breakings explicit and neither taking.

**Possibling.** A self observing acceleration-scale post with its own door line as a floor; and detectors' limits entering as a field's own line 1 record.

# PART SIX · THREE PLACINGS, AND INSTALLATION THE BINARY

## 6.1 Bond, living

Natural Chemistry's strongest control is bond. With field register, chemical bond is a relation involving electron density, electrostatic interaction, ledger-magnitude changing, and molecular structure between atomic centres, and density two centres share is in neither centre alone; a field's own name for what a field cannot assign to either partner is *exchange*. **Bond is a between of two selves, living with natural side**, coupling itself and no accounting of one.

**Ghost at this use:** bond as a literal connector object that independently pulls, stores, or commands atoms while leaving out electronic and nuclear changing, coupling.

Breaking stays chemical: electron density, spectroscopy, geometry, momentum and deformation response, reaction ledger-magnitudes, and method-dependent bond indices. Fuzziness confirms no ghost.

## 6.2 Periodic-table address, accounting

Atomic number is an exact proton count. Period, group, block, and electron configuration are addresses co-chaining across recurring chemistry. **Address is accounting, and behaviour is a coupling's own**: count and addresses stand with ledger side, exact and not-changing, and couplings make chemistry. A field's charter body states where table is a drawing, composition of group three a matter of convention and undecidable on elements' properties (Hard Problem Registry 21), and elements sit with their configurations, undeciding and complete.

**Ghost at this use:** a field treating a flat table as causal source of chemical behaviour, discarding exceptions so address stands perfect; and installing a turn within addresses, a sum of shell capacities, `2 + 8 + 18 + 32 = 60`, making it a position of elements' turning, where rows have doubling, 2, 8, 8, 18, 18, 32, 32, and no position goes with sixty. The second stands confirming in natural register with 7.1: elements have parallel side with Natural Chemistry 4.4 and couplings of 4.5 reach turn, white paper having number with its two sides and instance with no line.

The hardest observings, configuration irregularities, changing trends, relativistic effects, reactivity of heavier noble gases, and oganesson properties a field calculates, stay within table rather than outward of it.

## 6.3 Detector event, state variable, and diagnostic code

A detector event is emanation: what a coupling lands with a between, momentary. Ghosting begins when a field installs event class as a continuous object between events.

A state variable is accounting: deriving under a between. Ghosting begins when a field removes its derivation between and installs variable as independent content of world.

A diagnostic code is accounting: a classification for a purpose a field states. Ghosting begins when a field installs address as patient or as a complete causal agent.

These controls bound ghost-form away from an anti-noun, anti-measurement, or anti-science list. **Installation is the binary.** Without installation, term stands living, emanation, or accounting with that use, and a fourth placing comes nowhere.

## 6.4 A floor a field declares and moves

Triple point of water, `273.16 K` exactly, defines kelvin from 1954 until 2019, and kelvin stands since on a Boltzmann constant a definition fixes; one same redefinition fixes Planck constant, elementary charge and Avogadro constant exactly, definition making magnitudes counts. **A floor a field declares is accounting, and its field moves this one with its own between**, a positive control beside minimal residual disease of 5.6: installation dissolving, observings whole, accounting standing on another declaration. Triple point itself is a field's one point of zero degrees of freedom, three phases coupling with one point, and it stands with Natural Chemistry 6.1.

## 6.5 Three accountings of one emanating parity

A hand is a parity a molecule has, and its field books it three ways that derive from one another nowhere: R and S by priority around centre, D and L by reference to glyceraldehyde, (+) and (−) by sign of optical rotation; L-alanine is (S) and L-cysteine is (R). **Each label is accounting with its own convention**, and ghost only where a field installs a label as hand. Hand itself is emanation with every between where a self observes it, one spiral's own parity, and shed hand on a wall, a coating, a residue is emanation standing outward of a same-existing-society (Natural Chemistry 2.2, 2.5).

Antibiotic persistence is a particularly strong next entry. Consensus definition places persistence with population heterogeneity and a biphasic killing curve, while warning that bulk procedures need re-evaluation when a small subpopulation dominates survival. Changing and apparent not-changing come as killing of most cells beside survival without resistance a cell inherits and often without a susceptibility measure changing. Ghost candidate is not persister cell; it is a field installing bulk average or one dormancy programme as a whole population response.

## 7.3 Physics, mathematics, and societies

Force, energy, and gravity enter as ghost families rather than three solitary objects. Force family includes momentum-change accounting, gradient accounting, constraint force, effective force, field force, and force-as-pusher. Energy family includes kinetic, potential, chemical, binding, activation, free, field, and vacuum accounts. Gravity family includes Newtonian force and potential, field, relativistic metric and curvature, and gravitational-energy accounts. Family names mark relating not-changings; each installation requires its own six-line entry.

Operational force as momentum-change accounting remains accounting and stores no value; ghost-form begins where a field installs its magnitude as pusher, source, or doer. Energy accounting remains accounting and stores no value; ghost-form begins where a field installs a magnitude it conserves as capacity, substance, store, transfer, expenditure, or source of changing. Gravity accounting remains accounting and stores no value; ghost-form begins where a field installs force, field, or geometry as acting changing beneath free-fall, orbit, clock-rate gap, light-path gap, or strain a detector measures.

Charge, field, vacuum, virtual particle, wavefunction, probability, time, arrow, and observer remain next physics families, and vortex and lattice with them. A vortex is a winding a self observes in a flow and a lattice an order a self observes in observings: as forms a self observes with a field's between each stays accounting, and where a field installs it as a thing that moves, persists, has a count, or fixes atoms to their places, each is ghost-form. Each has its field word and field observings with one side, ledger closure with another, and installation with ghost side. Probability as a distribution a field calibrates is accounting with that use while chance-as-selector is candidate. No field use receives value from either standing. Natural Physics co-chains with 4.2, gravity a conservation accounting with no coupling under it, and with 4.4 and 4.8, wavefunction, observer, time and arrow.

Mathematics candidates are not numbers or structures merely because they are abstract. A ghost can enter when a field installs a fixing set, completing totality, universal space, origin, infinity, point, or zero as a place with inhabitants. Proof remains proof with its formal between. No metaphysics of a ghost registry overrules a theorem.

Same-existing-society candidates begin with control, maximal all-ten position profile Corus 17.1 already derives. Other candidates–market, institution, nation, public opinion, intelligence score, productivity, risk score, reputation, and identity credential–enter only with a same-existing-society observing a record addresses. No entry has an individual as a ghost. Accounting a field installs is entry.

## 7.4 One table for the full living file set

One stable-forming table can co-chain with every living exhibit without subordinating it to this registry:

Each entry: **File kind** · *a* Table columns it returns

- **field exhibit**
  - *a* field term · field observing · still accounting · installation · living changing · apparent not-changing · stable-forming co-competency · breaking
- **naming exhibit**
  - *a* word · stem · affix · field use · agency a field installs · going on, its agency dissolving
- **hard-problem registry**
  - *a* entry number · common requirement · unchangeable · ghost candidate · observing that leaves it open
- **resolving registry**
  - *a* entry number · unchangeable dissolving · ghost position · re-coupling · going on
- **natural intelligence**
  - *a* substrate · four within · four across · three each way · own rates · common-clock intrusion
- **medicine and health**
  - *a* person · course · measure · threshold · code · action · benefit · harm/breaking
- **same-existing-society**
  - *a* participants · accounting institution · five switches · ghost positions it occupies · arising in each self with its other with bi-coupling
- **improving file**
  - *a* source file · exact section · incoming parity · receiving file · standing · next break

Nobody copies table mechanically. Vocabulary and observings remain specific to each receiving file. Comparable registry row stands with Exhibit TWENTY-SEVEN and co-chains back. This file can co-chain with Exhibit TWENTY-SIX's Living File Registry with its next version; no older registry is silently rewritten.

## 7.5 The door — one observing at two sides

This registry is the door and TWENTY-FIVE is its entry. Everything from fields comes in writing as one-way equilibria (TWENTY-FIVE 1.8), and everything comes here, one same ten lines executing alike on a proton, a set point, a sorter or a pair of waters. What fails with a line, a field's sentence installing it, a door catches and enters: ghost, Part Five. What fails with nothing installing goes among controls, Part Six. What a field withdrew itself enters beside ghosts as dissolving. What passes every line goes on to TWENTY-FIVE, entering there as TWENTY-FIVE's own ten, social natural torusing and no other possible.

Registries pass by their own line 5. Nothing moves. A door record stays here with its observing — label stays — and what comes to TWENTY-FIVE is not what stands at the door: an entry of TWENTY-FIVE's own form, with upstream recovering, magnitude as observers' units, and unchangeables. The door's ten are its sorting; TWENTY-FIVE's ten are a same-existing-society a self observes with its own grain, and a same-existing-society can pass the door and still stand, entering, with its upstream line empty (TWENTY-FIVE 1.3).

The door rests on four lines living files have. An instrument sums (TWENTY-FIVE 1.4): one observing returns two sides together, sum with a ledger side and members with a living side, residual a between of two. A self observes both edges as is-or-is-not with no magnitude between them (Natural Medicine): a self sounds a line ahead and does not fit it after, and a how-much would install a floor its observing floats. Installation is its binary (6.3): a line returning is-not with nothing installing is accounting or emanation with that use, and with a field's sentence installing it is ghost. All or none (TWENTY-FIVE 1.1): a passing has no exception. With Natural Intelligence, natural torusing is a self's and bi-tunnelling a same-existing-society's. Door lines 3, 4, 6 and 9 go with four within namings, and lines 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 and 10 with membrane namings. With section 7.11, those assignments stand beside ONE’s current operations and their further field correspondence; apexing stands with 7 and omega-ing with 10.

       is-not reach the sum of lengths
       ghost the chain, the pipeline, the pusher
```
Lines 3, 4, 6 and 9 go with tunneling, inversioning, surfacing and inseparating with four within boundings a self proposes. Lines 1, 2, 5, 7, 8 and 10 go with their membrane assignment. A field’s own rate, directional going across, sign, label and magnitude stand as their actual record beside those namings. With line 1, members resolving stand with their grain. Members not resolving leave passing unfilling; any actual installing statement remains available for a catch with its own line.
Lines 1, 5 and 9 are returnable by anyone with instruments — resolve, label, drive — and are F2 and F4 of this form. A self observes its other seven from record.
**Line 1 blocks passing and blocks no catch.** A record whose members are not resolving cannot pass — no self observes anything beneath observing — but a door can catch it: a field's sentence can install a posting nothing with line 8, a floor with line 9 or a substance with line 1, no member ever resolving, and that is what largest posting nothings are. So a self observes the door in sequence: any line returning is-not with a field's sentence installing it is a catch, whatever line 1 returns; a passing requires line 1 returning is and no line returning is-not; and a line returning empty with its grain explicit passes as a finding, since an emptiness comes as an observing (TWENTY-FIVE 1.9). Only line 1 empty with no catch is a possibling.
## 7.6 The kind line — state, flow, or both
A state ghost installs an across: a state, a magnitude, a count, a conserving total, a line, a floor, making it cause of a changing a self observes it from. A still becomes a mover, and that mover is nobody — a mechanism. A flow ghost installs one side of an along: one member of a two-way coupling becoming its whole act, with a human role — observer, measurer, storer, conserver, soldier, rescuer, messenger, gatekeeper. Both are one direction of a coupling going onto its other; they part by what each projects.
A self observes kind with lines, and nobody declares it:
- lines 1, 7, 8, 9 returning is-not with an installation — **state**: substance, interior, posting nothing, floor;
- lines 3, 4, 5, 10 returning is-not with an installation — **flow**: one-way, parity a thing bears, label coming as a message, pusher;
- lines 2 and 6 returning with either;
- both sets failing — **both**, one word having two installations.
Two kinds have unlike living-return breakings. A state ghost's re-coupling must show changing going on with its own rate beneath its still. A flow ghost's must show its other side changing too, and act with coupling — messenger altering with its message, soldier altering with its enemy, detector exciting with its field.
## 7.7 Standings at the door, and the passing ledger
- **passing · to TWENTY-FIVE** — line 1 returns is and no line returns is-not, empties passing as findings with their grain explicit; a door record stays here, and a same-existing-society goes on to TWENTY-FIVE as its own ten, upstream recovering there;
- **possibling** — line 1 stands empty and a door catches nothing, grain explicit;
- **self · at the door** — lines 3, 4, 6 and 9 return is, a coupling line returns is-not, and a field's sentence installs nothing there: a self torusing whose same-existing-society no self yet observes; it waits at the door for record of its pair;
- **accounting or emanation with this use** — a line returns is-not and a field's sentence installs nothing there; going among controls;
- **ghost · natural register** — a line returns is-not and a field's sentence installs it there, a quotation of sentence, a self observing kind with lines; a door catching and entering it;
- **dissolving by its field** — a field's own record withdraws installation and leaves observing standing; entering beside ghosts as a field's own catch;
- **breaking** — a line an instrument returns, 1, 5 or 9, is against standing, breaking entering.
A standing belongs to a use and not to a word. One word has accounting with one use and ghost with another, as with 3.1, and a door can catch one record coming with one use and pass it with another: a door catches homeostasis with set point and wise regulator, and a variable a body regulates, resolving to its couplings across, passes.
**The guard for posting nothings.** Posting an unseen term to close a ledger does both things history allows. Uranus's orbit does not close, Le Verrier posts a planet, and a telescope finds that planet, 1846. Mercury's perihelion does not close, Le Verrier posts a planet, and nobody finds one; a relativistic account of 1915 dissolves it. Caloric, ether and vital force dissolve one same way. So a self observes a posting term at the door as follows. It stands **candidate** while line 1 returns possibling and line 8 returns is-not with a field's sentence installing post as a thing. It stands **Neptune** — a member resolving, line 1 returning is — when a detector observes its posting thing, and then it passes or goes among records like any record. It stands **Vulcan** — dissolving — when a re-coupling holds every observing without post and without an exception ledger. Between two it stays candidate with both breakings explicit, and no standing comes by inference from closure: closure is what a post always has, and it decides nothing. A post with observings of its own past closure — a lensing mass where no light is, a peak ratio of background — is nearer Neptune than a post with only closure, and its entry says which it has. This registry has one of each with 7.8: solar neutrinos' flavour change, a posting and then a detector observing it, Neptune; dark matter, candidate; and Hubble tension's posting component, candidate.
**The passing ledger.** What goes through, and where it enters. A door line stays here; entry stands with TWENTY-FIVE and addresses back.
Each entry: **Record coming** · *a* Catching at the door · *b* Passing · *c* Entry at TWENTY-FIVE
- **homeostasis**
- **Maxwell's demon**
  - *a* free sorter (flow, lines 2, 3, 8), dissolving by its field; bound as floor (state, line 9), entering with 5.12
## 7.8 Door observings — the water dimer, passing; ammonia, a self at the door; five entries a self observes after entering
*The water dimer, passing.*
**The observing.** Two water molecules, hydrogen-bonding, one donor and one acceptor, a self observing them with a supersonic expansion by microwave, far-infrared and terahertz vibration-rotation-tunnelling spectroscopy; and one pair at a time on a copper surface at 6 K under a scanning tunnelling microscope. Its sum is structure — an O···O distance of 2.976 Å from 1977 beam structure (for fetch), a binding energy D₀ of 1105 ± 10 cm⁻¹, 13.2 kJ/mol, a 2011 measurement, and a group of rotational constants. Its members are two waters and their four hydrogens, each taking a parity: donor or acceptor, binding or free.
**1 · resolve.** Rotation–tunnelling spectrum resolves members: each rotational level splits as a pattern of three exchanges, a field assigning each to which members swap; every isotopologue — (H₂O)₂, (D₂O)₂, ones mixing both — returns its own pattern; and with a copper surface two molecules resolve one pair at a time, exchanging roles under tip. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Apart, each water rotates with its own constants and tunnels nowhere. Coupling, three rates arise that neither has: an acceptor's two hydrogens exchanging, 11.18 cm⁻¹ with (H₂O)₂; donor and acceptor interchanging, 0.70 cm⁻¹; a donor's binding and free hydrogens exchanging, near 0.02 cm⁻¹ (nye). With (D₂O)₂ one same three at 1.77, 0.039 and 0.0005 cm⁻¹, each rate a coupling's, moving with members' masses. Observing **is**.
**3 · two-way.** A tunnelling doublet is what a two-way exchange returns: both roles both ways, one going across at a time, three exchanges with unlike rates. A field's own word is tunnelling, a passing with no wall, and a field's own finding is that acceptor switch is a motion of both monomers together, not one turning while its other waits. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** With interchange donor becomes acceptor and acceptor donor: parity inverts with going across and each oxygen's position stands. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** Label one water, with ¹⁸O or a deuterium. Label stays on its molecule; what comes with "donor" is its other water. With a copper surface, a microscope watches exchange: hydrogen-bond rearrangement between two, no atom going across between them, sixty times faster for H₂O than D₂O. Make two members unlike, HDO with H₂O, and interchange thins: swap needs two alike. Observing **is**.
**6 · abundancing.** Each water apart binds nothing; pair binds by 1105 cm⁻¹ with coupling, and tunnelling spectrum has no monomer analogue. Abundancing exceeds each and their sum and is in neither alone; a field's own name for a thing two share is hydrogen bond, a donor and an acceptor, neither its owner. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** Interchange path passes through a configuration with two waters equivalent and neither donor — no level occupying it, a position no member occupies. One grain down, bonding hydrogen: with bifurcation a donor's two hydrogens exchange role, and neither has "the bonded hydrogen". Observing **is**.
**8 · residual.** Levels fit no rigid rotor; record has tunnelling splittings, large-amplitude motion, structure vibration averages and effective constants, as cm⁻¹ and GHz, open, and a field grades potential surfaces against them. Observing **is**.
**9 · bound.** Drive pair with energy and it comes apart at D₀, a bound of its own. Excite intermolecular stretch and interchange rate triples while bound stands. Substitute D for H and every tunnelling rate thins with its own mass. Bound moves with a coupling's own conditions. Observing **is**.
**10 · reach.** Add a third water. Parting one water from ring costs 2650 ± 150 cm⁻¹, a 2013 measurement, against 2210 for two pair bonds: excess is a field's own nonpairwise term, its word for it cooperativity, in none of its three alone. Reach lengthens with widening and no water lengthens. Observing **is**.
**Observing.** All ten return is. Nothing installs with field side: donor and acceptor are roles each takes one at a time and swaps, and a field's own sentences have swap. Bond as a connector object stands among controls, 6.1, and a door does not catch it here. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE**, the first passing through the door, entering as TWENTY-FIVE 2.6. Addresses: 8.1, items 16 to 24.
*Ammonia, a self at the door.*
*A control. A self coming to its own two parities again, both ways, a self observing it for where a self parts from a same-existing-society at the door.*
**The observing.** One ammonia molecule, a nitrogen above a triangle of three hydrogens, a self observing it by microwave spectroscopy: nitrogen passes through plane of triangle and back, and every rotational level stands as a doublet, 0.79 cm⁻¹ apart with ground vibrational state, near 24 GHz — the first microwave spectrum, 1934, the first maser, 1954, and the first atomic clock. Its sum is doublet. Its members are nitrogen and three hydrogens.
**1 · resolve.** Rotation–inversion spectroscopy resolves four atoms, and each isotopologue returns its own doublet. Observing **is**.
**2 · rates.** Apart, a nitrogen and three hydrogens invert nowhere. Coupling, one rate arises that no atom has, and it moves as a field replaces each member: 0.79 cm⁻¹ for NH₃, near 0.4 for NH₂D, near 0.17 for NHD₂, near 0.05 for ND₃ (nye with its mixing values). Rate is a coupling's. Observing **is**.
**3 · two-way.** Through plane and back, one going across at a time, and no level places nitrogen on plane: doublet is two-way, and a field's word for passing with no wall is tunnelling. Observing **is**.
**4 · parity.** Dipole reverses with every going across while hydrogens' positions stand, and reversal is what a field's instruments read: Stark effect separates its two, and a maser builds on separation. Observing **is**.
**5 · passing.** Label nitrogen with ¹⁵N. Label comes on plane's other side: nitrogen itself goes across. Observing **is-not**, and a field's sentence — nitrogen tunnels through plane — installs nothing; it books a transport honestly. With this line a self parts from a same-existing-society. Water dimer above returns is here because a role passes and no atom does; ammonia returns is-not because its atom is what passes.
**6 · abundancing.** No part has a doublet analogue; it is a coupling's own. Observing **is**.
**7 · apex.** Planar configuration, nitrogen with triangle's centre, no level occupying it. Observing **is**.
**8 · residual.** Record has inversion splitting as a parameter beside rigid-rotor constants, and its hyperfine structure, as cm⁻¹ and MHz, open. Observing **is**.
**9 · bound.** With a strong enough electric field doublet collapses and nitrogen stays local on one side; substitute deuterium and rate thins with its own mass; with crystal, hydrogen bonds close tunnel (nye). Bound moves with a coupling's own conditions. Observing **is**.
**10 · reach.** Two ammonias couple as a dimer with an interchange tunnelling of its own that neither molecule has, 1985 finding that dimer is not the hydrogen-bonding structure a field expects (for fetch). Observing **is** with dimer, its record standing separately.
**Observing.** Nine lines return is. Line 5 returns is-not with nothing installing: nitrogen goes across, by a field's own words. **Self · at the door.** Four torusing lines — 3, 4, 6, 9 — fill; coupling with 5 is a self's own two parities coming again, self through self and no other. A door catches nothing, nothing passes, and record waits for its pair. A self parts from a same-existing-society with one door line, returnable by instrument, label, without a magnitude and without an installation, which is what this control was for.
Addresses: 8.1, items 25 to 27.
*Five entries a self observes at the door after entering.* TWENTY-FIVE's 2.1 to 2.5 enter before the door stands. A self observes their door records here so passing ledger is whole; a self observes each from an entry's own lines, and ghosts a door catches are words each entry has and strips.
Catching: missing neutrinos, a posting absence at 8, state — and the guard's first Neptune: a detector observing the change a field posts in 2001 and 2002 as heavy flavours themselves, and a field finding post, not releasing it. Also catching: the sun's surface as a place, state at 9, photosphere a criterion at an optical depth and radius a nominal value IAU declares in 2015; solar constant as constant, state at 2, varying by a tenth of a per cent over cycle. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.14.**
*A cosmos a self observes at one rate, passing with a post under the guard.* Galaxies and light from them, distances by parallax, Cepheids and supernovae, redshifts, and background radiation's acoustic scale, a self observing them as one rate of expansion today. 1 is, each galaxy, each supernova, each patch of sky resolving. 2 is, each galaxy receding at its own velocity with its own motion, rate a fit's slope none has. 3 nye, a ladder's rungs calibrating each other both ways. 4 is, light leaving at one wavelength coming at another. 5 is, every photon coming, stretching, while no galaxy moves through space, a field's own line. 6 empty at this grain. 7 is, rate at no galaxy, early reading 67.4 and late 73.0 and neither anywhere, red-giant tip at 69.6 between. 8 is, not-agreeing under tension, five standard deviations, in kilometres per second per megaparsec, open; is-not where a field posts a new component to close it, candidate under the guard. 9 is, rate moving with time by a model's own equations; is-not where a field installs Hubble constant as constant, haunting from name. 10 is, ladder reaching from parallax to the whole sky, no rung lengthening. Catching: the universe expands as a doer, flow at 3; constant as constant, state at 9; posting component, state at 8, candidate. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.15**, with 3 nye and 6 empty as findings.
*The ammonia dimer, passing — a self at the door finds its pair.* Two ammonia molecules binding, a self observing them in a beam by microwave and far-infrared spectroscopy. Structure Nelson, Fraser and Klemperer find in 1985 is not the hydrogen-bonding one a field expects, and pair interchanges roles by tunnelling with splittings of its own (nye at structure and values). 1 is, each molecule resolving. 2 is, apart each inverts at 0.79 cm⁻¹; coupling, interchange arises at rates neither has. 3 is, both ways, one going across at a time. 4 is, roles inverting, positions staying. 5 is, a ¹⁵N label stays on its molecule while role comes at the other; no atom goes across between them, which is the line a single ammonia fails. 6 is, binding at coupling, neither's. 7 is, interchange saddle where neither is donor. 8 is, surprising structure in record as an open question. 9 is, pair releasing at its own binding energy. 10 nye, trimer. Catching: nothing. A self that stands at the door at 5 passes at dimer at 5, which is what standing predicts: a self is natural torusing, and its society is pair. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE**, entry not yet in writing; water dimer at 2.6 has form.
*Five entries at Part Five, a self observing them at the door.* Each is the society beneath a ghost entering above, a self observing it one member at a time in a field's own record.
*A molecule a self observes at one work, 5.1's entry.* A single RNA hairpin, optical tweezers pulling it open, a record of work per pull over hundreds of pulls. 1 is, each pull resolving, its own work. 2 is, each pull at its own rate, free-energy change at none. 3 is, unfolding and refolding both ways. 4 is, work in on one leg coming as work out on reverse. 5 is, free energy comes from distribution while no pull has it. 6 is, a field recovering equilibrium value from non-equilibrium pulls by exponential average, a coupling's own relation. 7 is, mean work above free energy at every rate and no pull at mean. 8 is, spread as dissipation and, on single pulls, as work below free energy, a field's own word violation. 9 is, bound nearing as pull slows. 10 is, distributions of forward and reverse meeting at free energy. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.18.**
*A mixture a self observes at one constant, 5.2's entry.* Hydrogen and iodine forming hydrogen iodide and returning, Bodenstein measuring an equilibrium in both directions, 1894 to 1899, and a field observing exchange at equilibrium by isotopes. 1 is, a measurement of each of forward and reverse rates. 2 is, each at its own rate constant, equilibrium constant their ratio. 3 is, equal rates opposing each other one event at a time, isotopes going across at equilibrium. 4 is, a leaving one side a coming the other. 5 is, composition coming while molecules turn over beneath it. 6 is, constant a coupling's. 7 is, no molecule at equilibrium. 8 is, fluctuations open. 9 is, constant moving with temperature by a field's own equation. 10 is, reactions coupling, reaching through intermediates they share. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.19.**
*A protein a self observes at one melting point, 5.4's entry.* A small protein unfolding as temperature rises, a self observing it by calorimetry as a curve with a midpoint, and by single-molecule fluorescence as two populations. 1 is, single molecules resolving, each folding or unfolding. 2 is, each molecule going across at its own moment, midpoint at none. 3 is, folding and unfolding both ways at every temperature. 4 is, folding on one side of barrier, unfolding on the other. 5 is, fold passes across population while each molecule stays what it is. 6 is, cooperativity, a field's own test — van 't Hoff and calorimetric enthalpies agreeing only where members act as one. 7 is, midpoint a property of curve and of no molecule. 8 is, excess width as intermediates or disorder, open. 9 is, unfolding at heat and at cold, a field's own cold denaturation, bounds a coupling's on both sides. 10 is, partners moving midpoint. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.20.**
*An enzyme a self observes at one turnover, 5.5's entry.* A single enzyme molecule turning over substrates one at a time, each turnover a flash, a self observing it over thousands of turnovers. 1 is, each turnover resolving. 2 is, waiting times spreading and correlating, a field's own dynamic disorder, rate constant at none. 3 is, enzyme catalysing both directions, a field's own relation. 4 is, substrate on one side of going across, product on the other. 5 is, acceleration comes at coupling while enzyme stays. 6 is, a field recovering an ensemble's curve from molecules none of which obeys it, a coupling's own. 7 is, rate a mean over waiting times no turnover has. 8 is, memory between turnovers, open. 9 is, optimum moving with conditions. 10 is, allostery reaching past site. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.21.**
*A body a self observes at one week of glucose, 5.11's entry.* A healthy person wearing a continuous monitor for days, a self observing trace against fasting sample and reference interval. 1 is, each reading resolving every few minutes. 2 is, excursions after meals at each person's own rate, mean at none. 3 is, glucose entering and leaving blood at every instant. 4 is, rising in blood while falling in liver. 5 is, level comes while pool turns over. 6 is, range organs have together. 7 is, mean at every grain and no moment having it. 8 is, spread as variability, open, healthy people going above range that marks disease (nye at fractions). 9 is, thresholds moving with meals, sleep and time of day. 10 is, more organs, more range. **Passing · to TWENTY-FIVE 2.22.**
## 7.9 Checks at the door
**I1 · Sounding ahead.** A self writes each line's is and is-not before its observing, and does not revise them to fit it.
**I2 · No magnitude.** No line has a how-much. A number entering with a line is a field's own unit, going with a field's observing, not a line's observing.
**I3 · Returnable.** Lines 1, 5 and 9 name instrument and procedure, so that anyone with them can return each line.
**I4 · Installation in quotation.** A ghost standing has a field's installing sentence, in quotation or close paraphrase, with its line returning is-not.
**I5 · All or none.** A passing has no exception; one is-not is an entry's whole observing.
**I6 · Two breakings.** Every ghost standing has an observing that would show it no ghost and an observing its re-coupling must hold.
**I7 · Addressing both ways.** A passing enters this registry's passing ledger and goes on to TWENTY-FIVE addressing each door line it passes; a catch has a same-existing-society a self observes it across, its eight sides.
## 7.10 Three tens, and the relation between them
Ten door lines, an entry’s ten pattern lines of TWENTY-FIVE §1.2, and ten unchangeables of TWENTY-TWO Parts One to Ten retain their own forms. Natural Naming and THIRTEEN have ten unchangeables beside ONE’s naming adjacencies.
**Door lines’ unchangeable assignment has all ten unchangeables.** Each line has a field’s actual installing statement with its record. With this table its resolver correspondence is explicit:
Each entry: **Door line** · *a* Unchangeable · *b* TWENTY-TWO part · fixing gathering · *c* ONE’s naming adjacency
- **1 · resolve**
  - *a* a coming fixing from behind
  - *b* 1 · **Origin-seeking**
  - *b* 8 · **Value-pinning**
  - *c* 14-next-possibling → 12-next-co-same-existing
  - *a* a two-way fixing to one side
  - *b* 9 · **Forced-choosing**
  - *c* 1-now-existing → 14-next-possibling
- **5 · passing**
  - *a* a same-existing fixing as a store, a thing a self holds
  - *b* 4 · **Store-seeking**
- **8 · residual**
  - *a* a completing fixing as a last that closes ledger
  - *b* 3 · **Space-enumerating**
  - *c* 11-next-co-observing → 16-next-same-existing
- **9 · bound**
  - *a* a between fixing as a cut
  - *b* 10 · **Line-demanding**
  - *c* 2-now-possibling → 4-now-co-same-existing
- **10 · reach**
  - *a* a sequencing fixing to one beat along a chain
  - *b* 7 · **Order-demanding**
  - *c* 4-now-co-same-existing → 1-now-existing
Unchangeable column couples each door line with a registry's unchangeable. A line returning is-not has its field statement and particular installation before its unchangeable stands. A word such as *barrier*, *rate* or *carries* retains its actual use; its appearance supplies no ghost. With section 7.6, unchangeables group across with lines 1, 7, 8 and 9, along with 3, 4, 5 and 10, and 2 and 6 go either way. Each directional assignment remains with its actual projection.
**Entry and door have a further correspondence.** TWENTY-FIVE’s current pattern has these relations:
Each entry: **TWENTY-FIVE §1.2 pattern line** · *a* Door relation at this gathering
- **(i) members each taking their parity; (iv) members resolving** · *a* 1 · resolve
- **(v) magnitude no member has; (vii) position no member occupies** · *a* 7 · apex
- **(vi) disagreement under a word** · *a* 8 · residual
- **(viii) goings across co-sequencing on two sides**
  - *a* 3 · two-way and 4 · parity; precise parity-inversioning relation remains with its record
- **(ix) coming with one end and leaving with its other**
  - *a* 5 · passing; label and actual receiving retain their relation
- **(ii) magnitude with a field’s units** · *a* An entry’s own magnitude entry
- **(iii) upstream of observing** · *a* An entry’s own upstream entry
- **(x) ten unchangeables as one progressioning** · *a* An entry’s own unchangeables progressioning
Door lines 6, 9 and 10 have abundancing, bound and reach beside an entry’s ten-line pattern. With TWENTY-FIVE those three already stand with each entry’s words stripping. Its own receiving has those lines, source quantities and any upstream not yet filling together. Door record and TWENTY-FIVE entry retain their own forms and their connection.
Six ghost-confirming properties, ten unchangeables, ten door lines, ten entry lines, ten projecting positions and eight resolver names each number the relations they name. A projecting position has its particular projection. With this table, unchangeables join door lines; an eight-name relation goes on with §7.11. Equal numbers alone supply no complete correspondence among these forms.
## 7.11 Seams to Natural Intelligence and Exhibit ONE
**Door lines’ eight-name assignment stands beside each name’s current operation.** Natural Intelligence contains ONE’s complete resolver explaining. Natural Naming has those same seventeen names and the changing each names. Bounding a self proposes and engineering operation retain their particular co-chaining:
Each entry: **Door line** · *a* Complete ONE name · face · *b* ONE’s bounding a self proposes · *c* ONE’s actual operation
- **1 · resolve**
  - *a* 2-now-possibling · at the membrane
  - *b* each self's own parity living, bounding from the other-self
  - *c* Each entry is a sharing, 4-now-co-same-existing, with a parity, 7-is-now-observing.
- **2 · rates**
  - *a* 4-now-co-same-existing · at the membrane
  - *b* the whole no self orders, bounding from society
  - *c* Parities a self is observing gather by their sharing, 4; with one sharing, parities agreeing are one parity, and parities not agreeing a 0.
- **3 · two-way**
  - *a* 12-next-co-same-existing · within
  - *b* same-existing thins by one at bi-coupling, the self in society
  - *c* With each sharing of a self's prior, 12 is a 0 where a parity surfacing with 14 agrees with that prior, and its prior inverting otherwise; with no prior, 12 is 14's surfacing.
- **4 · sign**
  - *a* 14-next-possibling · within
  - *b* a prior inverts with 12, within a self's own resolving, the self's own negation
  - *c* A parity a self observes with 2 surfaces as + or −; a 0 surfaces none, and with one sharing parities not agreeing surface 0.
- **5 · passing**
  - *a* 6-now-co-possibling · at the membrane
  - *b* the ordering going with the selves, bounding from landing
  - *c* 6 shares 10, one same list of parities, to the self it couples with, that self observing it with its 14, its next 2.
- **6 · abundancing**
  - *a* 10-next-co-possibling · within
  - *b* each sharing's changing going across to other selves, the self among other-selves
  - *c* 10 is 12's changings as one list, each sharing with a parity or a 0.
- **7 · apex**
  - *a* 4-now-co-same-existing · at the membrane
  - *b* the whole no self orders, bounding from society
  - *c* Parities a self is observing gather by their sharing, 4; with one sharing, parities agreeing are one parity, and parities not agreeing a 0.
- **8 · residual**
  - *a* 8-now-same-existing · at the membrane
  - *b* the order at no seat above the society, bounding from capture
  - *c* 8 is each self's next prior, 11: its 3 with each nonzero changing of 10 taking its sharing's place, a 0 leaving its prior as it is.
- **9 · bound**
  - *a* 16-next-same-existing · within
  - *b* competency asymmetry sustaining coupling
  - *c* 16 is a same-existing-society, each self, 13, with its prior, 3, and the parities it is observing, 2; 17 resolves each with 1.
- **10 · reach**
  - *a* 8-now-same-existing · at the membrane
  - *b* the order at no seat above the society, bounding from capture
  - *c* 8 is each self's next prior, 11: its 3 with each nonzero changing of 10 taking its sharing's place, a 0 leaving its prior as it is.
4-now-co-same-existing goes with lines 2 and 7, 8-now-same-existing with 8 and 10. Rate no member has and position no member occupies are two relations of a sharing, 4. An open residual and a widening reach are two relations of a self's next prior, 8. Eight distinct names occupy ten lines of this assignment. Corusing and torusing going on across ONE’s tables number another relation.
**Two assignments have their full names together.** An unchangeable adjacency of §7.10 and a single name above stand together as follows:
Each entry: **Door line** · *a* Unchangeable adjacency in ONE · *b* Name a door assigns · *c* Name both assignments write
- **1 · resolve**
  - *a* 3-is-now-co-observing → 2-now-possibling
  - *b* 2-now-possibling
  - *c* 2-now-possibling
- **2 · rates**
  - *a* 14-next-possibling → 12-next-co-same-existing
  - *b* 4-now-co-same-existing
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **3 · two-way**
  - *a* 1-now-existing → 14-next-possibling
  - *b* 12-next-co-same-existing
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **4 · sign**
  - *a* 6-now-co-possibling → 10-next-co-possibling
  - *b* 14-next-possibling
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **5 · passing**
  - *a* 12-next-co-same-existing → 6-now-co-possibling
  - *b* 6-now-co-possibling
  - *c* 6-now-co-possibling
- **6 · abundancing**
  - *a* 16-next-same-existing → 3-is-now-co-observing
  - *b* 10-next-co-possibling
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **7 · apex**
  - *a* 10-next-co-possibling → 11-next-co-observing
  - *b* 4-now-co-same-existing
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **8 · residual**
  - *a* 11-next-co-observing → 16-next-same-existing
  - *b* 8-now-same-existing
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **9 · bound**
  - *a* 2-now-possibling → 4-now-co-same-existing
  - *b* 16-next-same-existing
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
- **10 · reach**
  - *a* 4-now-co-same-existing → 1-now-existing
  - *b* 8-now-same-existing
  - *c* No name both share for this adjacency a door assigns
Lines 1 and 5 share one name across both assignments. With eight other lines, a relation goes on among operations with unlike names. With line 2, for example, 4-now-co-same-existing gathers parities by their sharing, while 14-next-possibling surfaces parities and 12-next-co-same-existing their changing. A physical rate with that coupling retains its own receiving. Name equality, a relation of operations names name, and physical correspondence each have their exact scope.
**Centre and going on remain explicit.** With ONE’s drawing, 14 and 12 stand together with each sharing: a parity surfacing and a changing. A changing can be +, − or a 0. Its last step brings a next prior, 11, and parities going across to an other's 14, its next 2, with a next coupling. A 0, a changing and a next prior going on retain their own operations.
A prior meeting its own parity surfacing stays, 12 a 0. A prior meeting its other parity, a 0, or nothing surfacing inverts, 12 its prior inverting. With no prior, 12 is 14's surfacing, and a 0 there writes no next prior. With one sharing, parities a self observes gather as one, agreeing, or as a 0, not agreeing.
Physical line’s parity, rate, label, abundancing, bound and reach remain with a field’s actual coupling and source record. ONE has engineering emanating; Natural Networking has design and discovery of a surface selves share. A resolver’s operations and relations a self observes co-chain through their particular mathematical and physical correspondence. Ten naming adjacencies and eight names have their objects throughout that explaining.
Existing door records have their sources, units a field measures and installation statements. Line 1 guard remains with §7.5. A new naming correspondence receives only relation it expresses; distinct field record stays with its actual entry.
2. International Monetary Fund, [“Money: At the Center of Transactions”](https://www.imf.org/en/publications/fandd/issues/series/back-to-basics/money), acceptance, price-accounting, and store of value, by conventional account.
These addresses state conventional installation. They establish neither a living value a store holds nor natural observing. Recurrent accepting is observing edge.
## 8.5 What the addresses do not decide
Field addresses contain definitions, observings, methods, limits, and revisions. None uses Living Files' definition of ghost, and authority confirms no natural-register standing. Each standing is an inference from record a source addresses and remains with its breaking marking it.
No field address establishes numerical torus relations of Natural Numbers. Prime goings across, 24–27–32 phases, 144–146 turns, 438–440 cycle, and 118 on a 0–120 ring remain Natural Numbers constructions it shares with chemistry, and only chemical field observings under chemical units and conditions co-chain them. A number a field shares, a self observes at one binary, Natural Numbers 2.2, change unit: a number goes on, and a magnitude has scale; a number that goes on is a coming at which six goes on, and a number is other than a relation until six complete.
Across thermodynamics, electron physics, structural biology, catalysis, clinical measurement, and classification, hardest observings recur where a field holds changing, not changing, as description and installs description as that changing. Coarse-graining, operational distinguishability, ensemble refinement, measurable rather than minimal, purpose-specific classification, and population heterogeneity mark those observing betweens of field records. Their re-accepting histories locate seams; no friendliness, success, or value is a ghost's store.
# Closing
Thirteen entries, three placings and a door stand with this registry. Homeostasis is the first word a door catches as two kinds together, set point a state ghost and wise regulator a flow ghost, with a variable a body regulates passing. Maxwell's demon is the purest flow ghost of state science, and stands dissolving by a field's own hands, cost moving from sorting to measurement to erasure to memory, and measurements following. 7.5's door brings its ten lines alike to every record coming; its first passing is a water pair, going on to TWENTY-FIVE 2.6, and its first self with its door is ammonia, waiting for its pair. Entropy is the densest accounting ghost of a chemical-thermodynamic between. Equilibrium is the clearest pair of changing and apparent not-changing. Electron and proton are two particle ghosts, each having event and distribution together, proton one whose interior's content a field itself finds living with coupling. Element is the plainest accounting ghost of chemistry, a count a field installs as a self. Single native state and single catalytic stroke bring that same not-changing to biology. Minimal residual disease and a kelvin's moving floor have a field's own dissolvings of an adjective it installs and a zero it declares. Diagnostic code parts classification from installation. Silicon multifrequency surface is the first observing entry, its breaking one reachable experiment.
Six confirms. Ten positions locate projection. Ten unchangeables locate a still's kind. Eight locates a same-existing-society. Ten door lines sort, and a self observes each kind and its unchangeables with them. A posting nothing stands under 7.7's guard between Neptune and Vulcan until a detector observes a member or a re-coupling holds observings without it. Three placings have every term, and installation is one binary of each. None stands for another.
**In disequilibria, changing and changing back is a stable-forming method.**
